After talking with Tom on the phone, he invited me to stop by the shop in Cohoes (right next to the train tracks) and take a look. Wow, what a cool place. On the walls everywhere are plaques, awards, trophy cases, and lots of other things you can customize. Include a gem-encrusted belt that looked like it belonged in the WWF but which he assured me was popular with fantasy football leagues! We flipped through a catalog and compared dimensions and came up with some options that would work. Still, Tom was friendly and patient as we went page by page. I was told orders only take a couple of days to process and arrive. Yay! Note: if you need a custom size made, they don't do that. They purchase everything and bring it in, so custom woodwork plaques in custom finishes are not available here.

I have seen him do custom projects, both small and large, using the same care across the board. He has a very strong and distinct graphic aesthetic that translates very well to myriad jobs. His pricing is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of the product, which has always been excellent. Very quick, very attentive, and never disappointing!

Feeling uncomfortable I reached out to Rusty the next day-(Nov. 14th) and he answered the phone immediately and said he would get back to me regarding my order. I was again suspicious based on the reviews I read. Rusty called me this morning - Nov. 17 to let me know that two of my items were ready for pick up and the other two were not in stock. I stopped a few hours later to pick up the two items that were ready and Rusty was such a pleasure to work with. He showed me many more options to replace my two of out stock items and we finally settled on two similar items. He did the heat/logo transfers immediately and although I probably owed him a few more bucks for my "replacement selections" he said we were even. I would highly recommend this business for any customized items. Rusty is great, honest, patient and fair. (On a side note, the reviews I read were several yrs old)
