It's all made locally in Troy. The shop also has greeting cards with funny sayings and cute pictures. If you have a custom order, they can accommodate that as well. That was until we got the idea to go to a local print shop. I found Troy Cloth and Paper on Yelp and headed right there. Dave was available to chat about shirt design, shirt style options, and suggested sizing. We settled on Bella Canvas tanks which are much better than the quality Etsy offers. There was a slight communication error that delayed the design process but as soon as that was fixed I had a mock up within 3 business days. Dave was awesome about modifying my mock up to meet my design preferences. I confirmed the mock up was good to go at 7 am and my shirts were done by 7 pm. THEY LOOK AWESOME and Dave gave us a hefty discount for the communication error. Awesome customer service and easy to work with. Definitely recommend these guys for all your events that require shirts.

After talking with Tom on the phone, he invited me to stop by the shop in Cohoes (right next to the train tracks) and take a look. Wow, what a cool place. On the walls everywhere are plaques, awards, trophy cases, and lots of other things you can customize. Include a gem-encrusted belt that looked like it belonged in the WWF but which he assured me was popular with fantasy football leagues! We flipped through a catalog and compared dimensions and came up with some options that would work. Still, Tom was friendly and patient as we went page by page. I was told orders only take a couple of days to process and arrive. Yay! Note: if you need a custom size made, they don't do that. They purchase everything and bring it in, so custom woodwork plaques in custom finishes are not available here.

I received an order confirmation email immediately. two weeks later 08/28/23, I emailed Awards by Walsh asking for a status update. They emailed back saying the order will be shipped the next week. That never happened. After several emails and calls with no response or call backs, I demanded my money back calling them a scam and a fraud. They finally emailed back with the shipping label and tracking number on 10/12/23. They claimed the mugs were on back order but will be in the next week. it is now 11/16/23 still no mug, and no communication or replies to my emails. This companies website states fast service, fast shipping and fast/professional communication This is a straight up lie. They do not initiate any communication they do not provide tracking numbers unless requested, even though their website says they send them immediately. This company is a joke and a scam. They deserve negative 5 stares. I have never dealt with a company or service like this that wasn't a scam. If this company is legit, their business practice mirrors a fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. I never will again, besides they are way over priced.
