When my great granddaughter was getting ready for her prom, I took Oriana there and Leona took her measurements. I ordered the dress. When it was delivered, we made an appointment and went to Leonna. She did the final fitting and steamed a very elaborate 3D gown. Great job!!! My only problem with Leona, is that she doesn't charge enough money. Seriously. I feel guilty every time I walk out the door. Call her before going. She is now located on Duck Pond Road in Castleton

When I took the suit out of the dry cleaner bag there were all these threads hanging off of the…read morepant cuffs. I cut them off and wore the suit. The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

I am in love with Rainbow Cleaners! I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

I have a pair of boots I wear consistently and they are my absolute fave. I noticed last week that…read morethe toe was lifting from the sole and found out that this particular style is no longer sold by the brand. I had my husband take them to George's Shoe Repair as I'm newer to the Berkshires and want to support local businesses. I picked these boots up and my first red flag was that despite saying they were open at 10am, they were actually not open by the time I got there at 10:40 and the gentleman next door told me, "They kind of come in whenever." Well, whatever I guess, no biggie, right? I went back later and they were actually there. It took them a while to even find my boots, and then once they found them it took an extra thirty minutes for them to polish them. Again, no big deal but it had been four days so why weren't they just ready to grab and go? Anyways, the part that actually has me leaving 1 star and recommending people to NOT patronize this business: Today is the first day I'm wearing them since they were "fixed" and it's only been four hours since I put them on; the soles and heels on both boots are peeling which is completely unacceptable and has me feeling scammed. Yes, it was only $40.00 to have them redone but what the f?! I'm so unhappy!
