He test printed it, showed it to me and told me I got it right, and had the template printed on a higher-weight paper. I looked around while waiting for the print and saw photocopiers with a desktop computer along one wall, and there was what looked like a shipping counter, with packing materials, cards, miscellaneous stationery in between.
