The staff member gave me tips such as do not wrap the box in paper because "if it comes off in transit, the box may wind up in China." I have come here for several printing projects, and I was pleased with the expertise and efficiency of the staff. They work out the best way to get the results you want and suit your needs. Unexpected Bonus: This store is a GEM when it comes to stocking a large variety of really nice greeting cards for any occasion. The selection is amazing, arranged well on several racks that are easy to access. I brought my flash drive and a question about misalignment, and this was my very first visit. I've been hoping for a while for a reason to stop at one of the shops in the strip, which ultimately is why I picked this place out of many business offering the same kind of service. There was another person in front of me but I was asked if I needed help without much delay, and eventually a gentleman assisted. He test printed it, showed it to me and told me I got it right, and had the template printed on a higher-weight paper. I still am impressive with how he knew what paper to use for my purpose and what he chose for me was exactly what I needed. I looked around while waiting for the print and saw photocopiers with a desktop computer along one wall, and there was what looked like a shipping counter, with packing materials, cards, miscellaneous stationery in between. And honestly, I was taken with the vintage charm and hope they stay open for many more years (I hear they've been around for about 20).

We flipped through a catalog and compared dimensions and came up with some options that would work. Still, Tom was friendly and patient as we went page by page. I was told orders only take a couple of days to process and arrive. Yay! Note: if you need a custom size made, they don't do that. They deserve negative 5 stares. I have never dealt with a company or service like this that wasn't a scam. If this company is legit, their business practice mirrors a fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. I never will again, besides they are way over priced.
