I spoke with Audrey all three times and this last time she hung up on me twice and told me it was my problem. I will be writing Walmart about the terrible service and how they should change to a company who has general respect for others and actually delivers packages. I did email the company and I am waiting for a responses, doubtful I will get one. I placed this order last month NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I'm now out $800 for a tv that was a gift. I will be fighting the charge. 2/20/18 update Just Received a message from the woman I spoke to on the phone. (Who hung up on me) she i Information me she was recently let go, that the company doesn't care, also admired to lying to me.

Despite their having the item to deliver for over 20 days and scheduling two different delivery dates, the continue to fail in making the delivery. To make things worse, there is no communication except to schedule and no answer at the contact number later in the day when delivery was expected. If you like your customers choose a different company, this one is bad. After scheduling a 1-5 delivery with a 1 hr notification call the driver calls at 8pm to ask if they can deliver. No longer available I have to call to reschedule. Two days later is the soonest. Why? After asking to be the first delivery of the day I'm told that 9 will work--they load around 8 and are only a few miles away. Delivery day--waiting to go to work--phone call in advance. Will be there closer to 10. Driver says items are badly damaged. Has to bring them for refusal. Really? I doubt they received damaged items. Why didn't they say anything? After almost a month? I could have reordered and had it here by now. I understand that things happen, but they have control over their customer service. Not a good business.
