Nothing much I can really say about the post office, except I went to get stamps to mail out some letters through the kiosk and it was very user-friendly. The line at the post office was long as it always is, and the staff did appear to be very helpful and professional. The post office has definitely stepped up their game lately. The staff is professional and they go the extra mile to make sure the package is sent properly to the final destination. My experience has been great lately at the post office, and I hope to continue to have a good experience at the post office going forward.

Lots of Handicapped parking up front but heavy pull doors?

I only used their self-service section. It was well stocked and I was in and out in 2 shakes of a lamb's tail.

I was over in Carmel and needed to mail a few things. I was surprised to find the post office so…read morenear, but hidden among medical buildings. The building is typical U.S. grade 1980's style, maybe a little bigger than others. There are nice work areas to prep packages, several self service stations, shipping supplies and gift cards for sale. The place is clean inside. Like most post offices, there was only one clerk working, so the line was long......and slow. Post offices boxes are around the corner separated into several bays. A cool antique scale is out on a table. There was plenty of parking in the dedicated lot.

As the child of a retired postal employee, I will always support USPS. That being said, this…read morelocation is a major fail. I arrived a few minutes before the windows opened and waited, patiently, for the clerk who was opening up all the gates, etc. He was clearly in a bad mood, slamming things around and not being very nice to the packages that someone left on the floor. I don't blame him there - it's easy to open the drawer and put your packages in - don't leave them on the floor for someone else to deal with. I mailed a first class international package on Sept 14. Tracking still shows that it has left the post office for the sorting facility. Soooooooooooo glad I paid extra for those idiots (most of whom are unlikely to be actual employees) to sit on it for a couple months. What the heck is going on? Add that to the fact that USPS.com does not provide a method for you to contact them if your tracking still shows a package moving through the system. Idiots.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to pick up a package that isn't addressed to you but…read morerather is addressed to your girlfriend. Armed with a USPS notice that it is "available for pick up" and a driver's license (with the same address on the notification from USPS for the product they attempted to deliver), you must go to this specific location and pick up this parcel. If you manage to make it through the disastrous intersection at 87th and Bash (you stop on 87th, everyone else doesn't), you must then turn into the parking lot of the post office. But wait! Not the first turn, as that is only for exiting the post office's parking lot! You have to make a left turn on the second available road, and then another left into the lot itself! Getting inside, you must use the door handle or press a button. As this is a highly sensitive intelligence operation, I opted for the handle, but kept my gloves on so as not to leave finger prints. You then turn left, go through another set of doors, and then wait. And wait.... And wait... Finally, you are called to the front. You hand over the documentation you came armed with. And with all the seriousness of a covert intelligence operation, you sign your name and write your address on the PIN pad. "Is there a problem?" "You need to write the address clearly on the machine" Okay, try again "I still can't read it" "I swear it is the same address as on my ID". I think my fellow intelligence operative has given up on following protocol and just gave me the parcel. I took it without a word, knowing that in our line of work, sometimes rules must be broken. Thank you, and God Bless America.

The outside could use a little TLC but that doesn't affect the functionality of the post office. They have a drive up Mail Drop off in case if inclement weather conditions. But the setup of this post office is nice.
