I come in here quite a bit, i usually have an amazing lady who helps deal with my packages but today (6/16/25) almost the entirety of the staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, the lady with the short black hair glasses and tattoos on her arms, spoke to me in a very rude tone saying she never called for me after moving up in line by a step. and then when i said she was being rude she just raised her eyebrows and stormed off, Another girl and guy assuming the guy was the supervisor were bad mouthing another customer who was "Not patient enough". We have always gotten excellent service at this location including getting passports, sending packages to children and grandchildren (including those overseas), and sending official/business documents. We particularly appreciate the convenient parking and extended hours compared to the other PO in Greenwood. read more

Not too much to say other than I was able to do my business and find my needs for postal services here. This office appears to be the closes one to me now. They have a large supply of PO boxes and I was happy that some of their products were outside the office, so if you need something after the office closed (ie express box, stamps) you could still get them. read more

Lets make it as easy as possible for porch pirates to steal. Delivery barely made it to porch. Watched on my ring door bell as the lazy mail person walked to edge of porch and set it down. This would have been 5 stars if it was 2013. My previous mail lady was wonderful, but she retired. The lady who delivers now could care less, we get other peoples mail, yesterday she shoved so much in box it was falling out back side, and she left it there. I am really mad. read more

I literally live right next door to the post office period in an apartment complex that had their mailbox is damaged. I have been waiting 3 months for the Greenwood post office to replace the mail boxes so I can get my mail. I am tired of having to go to the post office every day to pick up my mail to wait in line to have them be rude to me and then lie straight to my face I have heard so many different stories about having these mailboxes replaced it should not take 3 months. I'm going to start Lodge and complains any place that I can until someone gets this fixed. read more

I'm posting this review because I have already contacted customer service and haven't got a response yet. I'm going to start with a background here. My husband is currently deployed so I am in the post office every other week sending him care packages. So I KNOW how long they take to get stamped/into the computer. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes I went up to the counter where "Randy" was working. I already had everything filled out but they didn't have any of the smaller address lables (that go on the flat rate boxes) out there so I asked if I could have two. Well he acts like I am from Mars and says that the small lables don't go on there. (Again, I have mailed over 15 boxes since my husband left so I do know they go on there). After a second he agrees with me and pulls the correct labels out and hands them to me. I already have my pen in my hand and start filling it out. He tells me to step away from the counter to fill them out. I was in a very big hurry so I told him that it would just take me a second and I will be done by the time he gets done stamping the papers for the flat rate box. Well, "Susie" another employee then laughs at me. I ignore it and continue to fill out the lable (which I'm already done with one of them at this point). He rolls his eyes and tells me again I need to go to the back of the line. I look up at him and say, "I'm sorry but I'm in a hurry today, I'm almost done and you haven't even stamped the paperwork yet or started on it". After rolling his eyes, yet again, his response was that, "well everybody is in a hurry today". At this point "Susie" who is standing next to him laughes AGAIN at me. So I look at her and tell her to stop laughing at me because it is very inappropriate to laugh at a customer. She lies and says that "she was typing on her computer". Not sure when computers learned how to laugh?? But at that point I asked for the number to customer service because I feel I was very disrespected by getting laughed at for simply not having enough time to go to the back of the line. Their tones of voice and also the way they were speaking to me made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I also want to point out that I was finished writing the address' on the lables BEFORE he even got finished stamping my first package and I had two. I think these two employees need a better understanding of what customer service is. *I would like to be contacted by either their manager/boss/someone in charge because I am very upset that I can't even go into the post office without having horrible customer service. read more

Horrible. Lost mail month after month. bank statements, investment statements, credit card bills have all been given to wrong address time and time again. Our mail lady even filed a change of address form for us without our knowledge or consent. She claimed to have to pick someone, so she picked us. My live fish have been lost in transit. My mail lady claimed she did not have to deliver anything but first class mail, so much children did not receive Letters from interested colleges. Mail is delivered sporadically. read more

I'm rating this not on the quality of services but of the professionalism of the staff. My daughter and I were sitting on the only available sitting area waiting for a family member to get her stuff. I have MS and have trouble standing for long. A teenage employee in what I assume was pajamas came out with a box of mail. She wanted to set her box on the sitting area and rolled her eyes while walking over to us. I told my daughter to get up and the employee set the box down and sorted mail. This post office needs to respect customers and get some chairs for people who can't stand for 40 minutes. read more

Yeah, this place is pretty bad. Clerks behaving as if they're "oh so important" and everyone in line is not. Lunch & break times are the most important part of the day for the workers here both for themselves and for their customers. While customers wait patiently in line, behind the counter is a different story. They're strolling around, chatting with one another, pretending they are all invaluable and "very busy", all while the line is building, acting like customers have all day to stand around like they are. My tax dollars hard at work. Very frustrating. If at all possible, go somewhere else to do your postal business. read more

There was a line inside so I had to do the self-service which was okay. There is only one self-service kiosk. This store is pretty busy so it would be better if they put additional kiosks. read more
