From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable. Victoria assisted me with the application review, and Dave (or Dale) double reviewed the paperwork before it was submitted. During my appointment, Dave (or Dale) made an unnecessary comment about how "insane" the expedited fees were. While the comment was unprofessional, the much bigger issue came later. My passport application was ultimately rejected because the required agent signature was missing. This was an error that should have been caught before my paperwork was submitted. As a result, I had to spend more than four hours at the Sherwood Passport Agency to correct the mistake and re-expedite my application, causing significant stress, lost time, and additional inconvenience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was an avoidable error that had real consequences. I hope greater attention is paid to detail in the future, and that staff keep personal opinions about customers' choices or fees to themselves.

Parking 3/5 Challenging at best as these store front in the shopping center share parking and the lot is hectic. Service Requested 5/5 Great service at this location dispite its smaller lobby size. I needed to ship Amazon returns and was greeted by a helpful employee! Value 5/5 Returns are generally free if you use prime and preferred suppliers. Today I was in that category and my big box return was free. Fortunate to have stumbled into this store while my wife was getting a hair color rescue. Simple as retrieving a few boxes from the vehicle nearby. Ship well my friends-SYOY!
