This post office in an older building but the staff was nice! The service was fast. This building looks hidden so you might miss it if you're going too fast and forget to turn into the parking lot next door to U-HAUL

1 person working during the holiday season... first mistake. Thank you to all the post office workers!!! Long wait time though, can be very irritating seeing one person working.

I can imagine why I would have to rate a post office lesson five stars so obviously gave her in there five stars. Post office is are slow and annoying, but if you have to go you have to go. The guy who helped me was actually a huge help, I have a package that was going to the UK and it had been a bit of a pain to ship. Believe it or not he told me not to ship it with USPS but to try UPS or DHL because of how unconventional the address was..long story short he was right. Great service

Now this shit hole is turning away money .

This place is a joke. 3 windows 1 employee and slow as can be. Now they have a sign up 5 transactions per person. Turn away business why don't you.

3 automated machines. Best post office in the area. Never had to wait in line. I actually drive out of my way to come here.

Nice staff. No automated machine so everyone must stand in line though. Plenty of parking when I've been there

The 2 new window clerks are so good. Wow so nice and knowledgeable. I welcome then to the neighborhood post office.

I have been trying to resolve an issue since early November, and it's been a long and frustrating…read moreprocess with no resolution in sight. My mother-in-law sent a birthday package to her son from Italy, ensuring it would arrive before November. However, my husband waited, and nothing arrived. Upon checking, the tracking information showed that it had been delivered, but to the wrong address-- a large box! The post office claimed they had retrieved the package and placed it in the "back" area, and my husband was told he could pick it up. When he arrived, the package was no longer there. Only certain employees have access to the "back room." One employee, named CHRISTIAN, told my husband to sign a receipt acknowledging the package had been received and promised it would be delivered the next day. My husband complied, but, of course, the package never arrived. Makes me question if Christian knows what happened to the package or took advantage of my Husband's anxious attempt to get his package to sign off any fault. This all happened on November 7th. Since then, we've been calling, visiting, and emailing everyone I could find in hopes of resolving the issue, but nothing has worked. The manager, Shanice Adams, did attempt to help, but in the end, there was no resolution. She issued a letter accepting fault, but I can never reach anyone for follow-up. At this point, we have no choice but to visit our local Post Office, but I am deeply disappointed in the service we've received in Inglewood. These kinds of issues highlight the broader geographical disparities and inequalities that certain areas suffer from, and unfortunately, our local Post Office seems to be the worst example of this. If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get this resolved. Moreover, I am unable to file a claim online as the package was sent from Italy. My Mother-in-Law can't file a complaint because the package is marked as delivered.
