I followed up with FedEx and Nordstrom, but they were unable to do anything, which frustrated me. The 4th package was sitting in the store for days with no action taken. It's always a good idea to get a receipt with tracking information and closely monitor your packages until they are received. They were really friendly and assisted me with my concerns, found the package and ensured the package went out that day. I received tracking as it was shipped and received to its destination. Even though it wasn't something they typically handle, Sunny offered to help by creating a new label and getting it back into the system to make sure it reached the right recipient.
