I use this location often to return items to Amazon as well as pickup…read more Major issue for two returns brought there. My wife dropped off two returns and only one was scanned TWICE, while the other package was never scanned and showed never dropped off. One of my items still showed "awaiting drop-off" on my amazon account and when I looked at the two receipts she had from this store, they were both for the same package, not for -both- packages left there. I went back to the store with the duplicate receipts plus the shipping label that was also attached to the unscanned box they had in their possession. It was major fight to get them to look for the package they missed scanning and they wanted me to assume it would be scanned somewhere along the way, but, at over $50 for the refund of this item, I wasn't going to gamble nor assume that. So I stood my ground and demanded they find it and scan it to give me a receipt and proof it was dropped off. It took the guy less than 30 seconds to find it. They scanned it and gave me a receipt. 5 minutes later, Amazon issued me an update it was dropped off and gave me a prompt refund as well. This wasn't my fault at all, yet, I felt I had to fight and stand my ground just to get them to fix their error. NOT the treatment I would expect from a UPS store and the 3 star rating here is perhaps a star better then deserved. The moral of the story is, ....be sure to check your receipt carefully BEFORE leaving this store and be certain you have a receipt and proof of everything you dropped off there. If they mess up, at least you are right there to catch it immediately. I'll avoid this store for now and use another pickup/drop-off location!

It took 30 minutes for the Verizon central office customer rep to finally provide the number that was needed by UPS. We are grateful to Jay and Sara, who both were staffing the UPS store, for getting on the phone, explaining over and over (and over again) to the customer rep what was needed. They were sympathetic and friendly to us and turned around this frustrating experience. They both continued to help customers while Jay held onto the phone and explained yet another time what was needed until, at last, the person on the phone sent rhe number. Please do not use them if you are returning something costly! They "lost" my Samsung Z fold 9 cell…read morephone return, for which I was charged $1200 for the missing item by Samsung (as if I had kept the phone, and returned to an empty box to them). Samsung does provide an unboxing video of return items, and I noticed that the box had re-taped with a different type of tape than which I had secured it with. On my own investigation, I found the Fed Ex Ground station footage video showing that the package had been opened prior to arriving there. The prior location being this Fed Ex location. The manager Jared Norris did NOT follow up on my email requests for more information. It took months of runaround with Customer Service (outsourced, poor English comprehension) and a BBB report to both Fed Ex and Samsung for me to be refunded (minus a restocking fee, despite the item not being restocked since it never arrived for return!). My saving grace, was that I recorded the weight of the package when I dropped it off at this Fed Ex. In my BBB report, I asked to obtain the weight of the package upon arrival at Samsung. I was able to prove that the box contained the phone at dropoff, and the failure of delivery of the phone to Samsung was not because I did not place it in the box, but once it was the responsibility of this location prior to arrival at the Fed Ex Ground station. Remember, once that package is closed/taped, the only way to prove the item is actually inside is to either video yourself taping the actual package in front of the staff and/or obtaining the weight of the package. Do not rely on Fed Ex to take responsibility for the security of the items they ship, they do not have any professionalism or sense of accountability.
