Excellent customer service. Replaced iPhone battery that they stocked and only charged me $129.00 with a 30 day warranty within 1 hour. Very pleased with all of the above. read more

Quick and expert service. They fixed my phone and it didn't cost much! Total life saver!

Very expensive, and poor customer service. I recently had a screen repair by Cellolaris and the screen cracked, with no physical damage, a few days later. It was clearly defective and they refused to replace the screen, give a refund or discount charges. I would not recommend this business. read more

I came in prepared to pay up to $80.00 for a replacement battery for my Galaxy S8. Thankfully I'm just terrible at cleaning the charging port, and my charging pad is probably the one that's malfunctioning. Only had to pay $10 for a clean, and left relieved. Also hearing that the S8 is old made me stare into the beyond. 10/10 read more

Fast, friendly service. Explained everything clear and efficiently. Same day service on a Sunday is unheard of.

Josh fixed my charging problem on my Iphone 6 in 60 seconds, because there was a dust bunny jammed in there. Very quick and painless and he was even fixing a phone already. Wicked polite and professional, very nice to deal with an honest person. read more

Great selection. Friendly dude working. Found a case I wanted. 3 stars because they don't take Amex. It's a work phone and company doesn't pay if I don't use corp Amex. Oh well. I'd go back for a case for a personal phone. read more

He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and only charged me the diagnostic fee. He was honest about my phone not needing any extra parts to get fixed. WOW what service... I thought I had a problem with my screen install when the auto sleep function didn't work with my apple cover. Cellolaris manager offered to make it right by giving refund or replacing screen again. After a week the function started to work fine! It was never a problem, as the function must take a little time to magnetize the new metal strip behind the screen. Bottom line is that I found this place has excellent customer service and stands behind the work they do and the parts they sell. I would go back there next time in a minute. Thanks! read more

This was such a blessing The young men who run this kiosk in the University Mall are pleasant helpful and work quickly and meticulously. I dropped and shattered my screen just after arriving on vacation in the area. I sent 45 minutes in the mall and have a new screen and a good case to help prevent another breakage! All at a Ann cost compared to the traditional repair replacement phone services. Thank you to the young gentlemen who took care of me! Their customer service skills are wonderful, they are intelligent and articulate along with helpful! You customer August 17, 2016 Bev W read more

I dropped my phone in the parking lot while getting my Starbucks fix for the day. The screen shattered on the spot! Tanner was able to replace my screen and give me an extra glass cover in less than an hour and for less than the deductible on the insurance plan. I am very grateful that I didn't need to ship it back and still pay more while waiting for a few weeks. Tanner was great to deal with and made the experience pleasant. read more

Great service. After I cracked my iPhone screen, as a fairly tech savvy person, I decided to buy a screen replacement kit through Amazon to do the repair myself. A third of the way through the process, though, I found that one of the teeny tiny screws in my iPhone was stripped. I tried everything I could think of to get through it, but had no luck, and began to worry I might break something in there in the process. So I brought my phone to the guys at Cellolaris, and in no more than 15 minutes they had completed the screen replacement for me, and at a very reasonable price. Next time I won't bother trying to save a few bucks by doing it myself, I'll go straight to the experts and skip the worrying. read more

Excellent Service!! A hammer literally fell on my phone. The screen was beyond smashed. I suddenly had NO access to over 2K photos and some phone numbers that are important to me. I am sorry to say that I don't remember the names of the two young men who were at the "shop" when I dropped my shattered phone off and when I returned to pick it up, but they were BOTH wonderfully helpful, positive, realistic, and they taught me how to backup my data so I'm never in this position again. AND THEY FIXED THE PHONE!!! Amazing service. Great price. read more

Fixed my iPhone 5S quickly and professionally. Tanner was the associate that assisted me in my cellular time of need and did so with the utmost professionalism. The associates here genuinely care about getting you back on the go with your mobile device as quickly as possible. Within the hour, I had a new screen on my phone for a solid price. On top of that, I got a great deal on a quality Otterbox case so that I don't have to go back to get the screen fixed again. If you need to fix your iPhone, get a case for any phone, and avoid being scammed by some slimy cellphone shyster, go to Cellolaris. read more

My iPhone is only a year and a half old when it started having charger connection problems. I'd have to stand the phone vertically on the charging cable while the cord was bent a certain way, standing on one foot and rubbing my belly at the same time in order for it to charge. I was fully expecting an expensive repair and insurance plan hassle. I stopped at the kiosk for help. While explaining the time and fees involved in replacing the charging port, Tanner examined the phone and quickly realized the issue. He had the charger dock, speakers and microphone all cleaned and working properly within 3 minutes. While I was a bit embarrassed at all the lint & dirt that came out of there, I was on my way with everything fixed - AT NO CHARGE! Tanner was incredibly friendly and professional and I will definitely go to him again if I'm having any issues with my phone. On a random side note, my son loves watching Wheel of Fortune. At first glance one night, I noticed the one of the contestants was rocking a great beard. Sure enough, it was Tanner spinning the wheel! :D read more

A very efficient and successful solution when I needed my screen repaired. No haggling or up selling like you will deal with at the carrier stores. Glad to have found this business! read more

Great initial service, when I picked up the service tech said bring it back for ANY reason. Make sure you understand their warranty, it isn't for ANY reason. I had my screen fixed - 9 days later it was cracked again - wasn't dropped once - they said sorry not covered under our warranty. I paid $160 for a screen replacement that they would not honor 10 days later. Will never go back. read more
