Prior to his coming on board, technical difficulties for us were occasions to break down in tears - often. Now, we reflect back on those archaic days and wonder how we ever made it through. There's nothing Randy hasn't been able to fix when we've encountered difficulties. With multiple owned businesses in multiple locations, Randy came in and networked all our computers, provided us with cloud backup and security protection, jumps on our computers whenever we have issues, and gets us back up and running in no time, even coming onsite when needed to set up new computers and software. He's a diligent professional, has never made any of us feel ignorant, and his response time is amazing - even during an emergency 911 situation. Randy came highly recommended by a mutual business owner friend, and for that I am forever grateful. Everyone should have a Randy in their life. Turner Development Partners Ez Access Self-Storage

Was told it could not be replaced because the battery life percentage wasn't less than 80%. Spent approximately 10 minutes going back and forth trying to get it replaced after advising the battery seemed defective and regardless if it was about 80% battery health (it was 86% battery health) I was still paying full price for the service and battery. Representative put more effort into trying to NOT fix my device than she would have if she would have just taken it and fixed it, per what was requested and paid for. Sad that this is the only authorized Apple Store in our small area. From what I have read on past reviews, the customer service is horrible. And my experience was the same.
