You say it's industry standard that tanks come with regulator which is true. However, as I've explained, I bought the house that had existing tanks owned by a different company. The house was vacant when I purchased, and had no propane hooked up to house, no regulator present, just tanks thst were previously owned by fg white. I was not a customer of suburban at that time. So I hooked up a regulator that was not there. When the tanks were empty I signed up with suburban. You brought a new tank, and took the old as expected. However you used the existing regulator. That was mine and is mine. You asked me for proof of purchase. That I don't have... but who would have that after several years, and it wasn't a new regulator either. So I asked for your proof of purchase, to which you replied its industry standard so that's our regulator. So you stole from me, and then I think the last 2 people I spoke to were rude and condescending. I will get my regulator back from you and won't stop until I do. You haven't responded to my emails yet and I'm not going to talk to rude people on the phone again.

I didn't want my propane supply to end in the dead of winter, so I wrote the checks. My credit card company is doing the right think and crediting my card for the amount. But WHAT A PAIN IN THE NECK.
