Representative put more effort into trying to NOT fix my device than she would have if she would have just taken it and fixed it, per what was requested and paid for. Sad that this is the only authorized Apple Store in our small area. From what I have read on past reviews, the customer service is horrible. And my experience was the same. Save the headache, mail your stuff somewhere else for repairs/replacements.
