Said they were open to 3 pm but were closed at 2:15 pm. After driving over there and walking to the store it was closed. Waste of time.

FedEx Ship Center

Most of these reviews appear to be from people who are not taking advantage of FedEx's delivery…read morestatus notifications. When you order something online, your email address is passed onto the carrier, whether FedEx or UPS. The online retailer typically sends you an email when the package ships, with a link that allows you to track the package. And in the case of FedEx you can modify the delivery, so that the package will be held for pickup at a variety of locations around Burlington, including for example, the Walgreens near the intersection of Shelburne Road and Farrell Street. That way, you won't have to sit at home waiting for the delivery. FedEx will alert you with a text and/or email when the package arrives at the location you selected, and you can pick it up at your convenience. To use this feature, you will need turn on Delivery Status Updates. Go to FedEx.com and enter the tracking number for your package. Select Get Status Updates and enter your email address (and mobile phone number for SMS text notifications). Also on that window, you will be given the option to change the delivery location. Additional features are available if you create an account for yourself on FedEx.com. Doing so will prevent you from having to request notifications for each delivery.

Called customer service and they couldn't give me any help at all.. tried to get the local hub so I could talk directly to the local office... they wouldn't share that with me... I was right in the Kitchen waiting for it cause it requires a signature... they said it was undeliverable on my tracking number. I just want to get the package... they wouldn't help me at all and they said they couldn't guarantee that it will be delivered tomorrow either... so zero help and I'm here to receive it and there's nothing going on around here that would restrict delivery... I'll never use this business again

They had a whole row of 3-tab folders, but I want what I want. I saw an empty shelf labeled for 5-tab folders, so I ask Earl about it, who radioed Dylan. Dylan checked the usual overflow stock in the back of the show room, but no luck. "Wait one moment, I'll check the back." And guess what he found? Now, if the folders had been properly stocked on the shelf or at least in overflow, I'd add an extra star. But both Earl and Dylan were so very polite and pleasant, like they just can't wait to make your day. And that's the kind of service l like to see! Nice going, Earl and Dylan :)

Dear Staples Customer Service, I am writing to formally…read morelodge a complaint about my recent experience at your Williston, VT location. I went to this Staples intending to return an Amazon package via UPS. There is a large sign on the entrance door that clearly states that the store accepts both UPS and USPS returns for Amazon. However, when I asked about it, I was abruptly told that Amazon returns are not accepted there. The employee who spoke to me -- an older man with a beard, who appeared to be training a new associate -- was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of clarifying the policy in a respectful manner, he impatiently remarked that "if I had paid attention, I would have seen the sign" stating otherwise. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and discourteous, and it was troubling to see that this was the example being set for a new employee. In today's era of internet shopping and package returns, clear communication and respectful customer service are essential. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling alienated as a customer. The misleading signage compounded by the unacceptable attitude of the employee has made me reluctant to return to this location. I strongly encourage Staples to: Ensure that signage is accurate and not misleading about Amazon return services. Reinforce customer service training, especially for employees who are responsible for training others. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and acted upon, as no customer should be made to feel dismissed or disrespected when simply trying to use advertised services.
