This could have created a problem but luckily it didn't. Even though Jen was helpful I feel she deceived me on how the package was mailed. I kept asking if it should go Certified (for the signature) or if she needed to stamp it. She told me no, and pointed to the pre-printed words "Signature Required" on the Priority Mail package. While it is a small town, with a small parking lot, we were able to find parking with ease. To our delight, there was no line when we showed up. Markers on the ground are placed for proper social distancing. Two very helpful employees were at the counter, behind the clear shield, again, for health and safety measures. It was downhill from there. When I uploaded my artwork to the FedEx site, it looked like the art would be cut off, even though I had sized it exactly with no bleed. I called the store and they said not to worry because they would use the art I'd emailed while at the store. They only referred me to the online store so I could get the great price. A few hours later, they called to say the job was ready. I went back to the store and the job they had for me was not my job. Oops! Mine would be ready the next day. I never got a call saying my job was ready, but when I called them, they said it was. So off I go to the FedEx store again. The job was ready, but only half the quantity I ordered. They said they'd have them in 45 minutes, but I decided to go home and pick them up the next day. When I came to pick them up, the were not ready! They'd had a power outage last night, so they said. (But they were supposed to be done yesterday afternoon!) So I'm standing here at the counter writing this review while they do the job as I wait. Then, they're trimmed wrong, but I let them off the hook and just had them trim them a little more. It's been an adventure! The quality of the printing is okay, and they refunded me the cost of the cards that got trimmed wrong.

Oh boy. I don't know where to start. Overworked and underpaid maybe? Why are government places…read morealways so slow and so inefficient ? Really wish ups processed passports or I could apply for my kids online. I hate doing these in person appointments. I made an appointment well in advance. I bet there are good days here and then bad days. Unfortunately my first time here was not a good one. I had a passport appointment set up and ended up needing to wait for a back up person to come with no info on how long nor any heads up of this change of events. Let's just say I always plan for the worst and the extra hour this set me back didn't make me miss anything. However , this experience could have been much better. Two of the workers here were rude to me. One tried to make it seem as if I was late to my appointment which I was not. The line was long and it took them 15 min until I could get up to the front. I'm not going to cut the people who waited before me duh.... The next lady said she called and left me a voicemail telling me that the passport services wouldn't be available. I pulled out my phone and proved I had no such call or voicemail. I don't like doing services with shady or dishonest people. Enough said. Won't be back. Giving two stars for the lady who actually helped me and processed my passport. Thanks for doing your job. You were the backup I'm glad came. Not stolen from an outside blue box, stolen from the inside by an employee!! The check was washed and was deposited through their mobile bank account! Since this mess has began, we've had to close the checking account and have had to stop direct deposits and everything else!! We've filed a report to the sheriff department because it's a state issue and was told by a deputy that this is a common problem for that specific location! I've emailed the USPS with ZERO response!!! STAY FAR AWAY from THE FAIRFIELD POST OFFICE!!! They've lost all integrity!
