While it is a small town, with a small parking lot, we were able to find parking with ease. To our delight, there was no line when we showed up. Markers on the ground are placed for proper social distancing. Two very helpful employees were at the counter, behind the clear shield, again, for health and safety measures. So many people there were upset and frustrated being charged and double charged for machines that don't even work and staff that just blankly watches from across the counter. Really wish ups processed passports or I could apply for my kids online. I hate doing these in person appointments. I made an appointment well in advance. I bet there are good days here and then bad days. Unfortunately my first time here was not a good one. I had a passport appointment set up and ended up needing to wait for a back up person to come with no info on how long nor any heads up of this change of events. Let's just say I always plan for the worst and the extra hour this set me back didn't make me miss anything. However , this experience could have been much better. Two of the workers here were rude to me. One tried to make it seem as if I was late to my appointment which I was not. The line was long and it took them 15 min until I could get up to the front. I'm not going to cut the people who waited before me duh.... The next lady said she called and left me a voicemail telling me that the passport services wouldn't be available. I pulled out my phone and proved I had no such call or voicemail. I don't like doing services with shady or dishonest people. Enough said. Won't be back. Giving two stars for the lady who actually helped me and processed my passport. Thanks for doing your job. You were the backup I'm glad came. It's a very small post office and for the most part it gets the job done. Yes, you will have to…read morewait in lines, but if you aren't busy, you can easily time it for a slow part of the day. Employees are what they are, tired and underpaid and it reflects with their patience at time. My biggest issue is the package drop off. Recently it hasn't been showing the received scans at the Fairfield facility, which makes it hard to track sometimes. There have been occasions where there are no scans until it reaches the destination sort facility. So whether it's a system glitch or something else it needs to be fixed for those that are mailing packages for customers.

So rude and unprofessional especially in front of my 5 year old daughter. I caught her in multiple lies during my appointment. Due to me confronting her and she canceled my appointment. I remained professional but I wanted to say so many things to her. I will never go there again!!! I will always go to Suisun from now on. She needs to be talked to or find a new job.
