We recently sent a very important document via UPS Overnight. Unfortunately, severe storms at UPS's…read moreKentucky hub caused the initial delay, which was understandable. However, what should have been a short weather-related delay turned into several additional days, resulting in extra hotel stays and other unexpected expenses. The representative at the UPS Store on Grove Street in Braintree went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to file a claim on our behalf and guided us through the entire process. Although the initial weather-related delay was considered an "Act of God" and wasn't covered, he recognized that the additional delays were not weather-related and should be reimbursed. Yesterday, we received a check because our claim was approved! Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but this UPS Store proved that it still exists. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, persistence, and genuine concern shown to us throughout the process. Thank you for turning a very frustrating situation into a positive experience.

If I could give zero rating, I would do that. Poor service and unprofessional price is outrageous…read morehigher than the price on its website. Something suppose to be around 50, and wuoted me 86 to start with. Then, try to push me to 128 for 12 hour earlier delivery time. I went to fedex store which I just need to drive two extra miles. Much more pleasant customer service and Charged me only 68 for the 128 dollar quoted by UPS. This ups franchasing model just is broken. No wonder I always think FedEx more expensive is wrong. Go FedEx better!!!!!

Wish I did my research first before signing up for a mailbox here. Plenty of other negative reviews…read moreabout this place. This guy is just plain rude, in a sort of stupid way, his mouth just doesn't stop spewing. Should have taken that as a warning sign. The signup process was painful. What should have taken 5 minutes took him 15 minutes. My observations so far: 1. The mailbox contract says there is additional fees for some situations, but he said "we don't charge that". So I asked him to change the contract, he did but not without complaining. 2. Two weeks after opening the mailbox and I still haven't received copies of the contract, he said it would be left in the mailbox. 3. Went to the store first time on a Saturday to pick up a package and it was closed, although their website says open on Saturdays. Called later to ask why, he said "oh, nobody uses that website anyway" , he got argumentative and started complaining about the USPS. Ended up hanging up on the guy. Amazes me that businesses think they can actually argue with their customers. I recommend the shipping services of Wil Ship, 3 minutes away on Washington St. The UPS Store mailbox services are looking better and better. Update 1-2-2012: 1. He changed the website to show Saturday by appt only. 2. Received my first package, went after hours to pick it up. It was crammed into the mailbox so tight I could not remove it. Had to cut the exposed end open with a pocket knife, remove the contents, then cut away at the box to remove it piece by piece. Can this guy get anything right? He should have left it in the locked box for large packages and given me notice and the key to access it, which is their standard procedure.

Terrible! Did not get to be a customer. Perry, the owner was the one I dealt with and I can not…read morebelieve he is a business owner. He has a sign in the window that he is an authorized Fedex shipper, but because I came in with a prepaid shipping label he would not even tell me where I could leave it for pickup. He said, "you are not a customer.". He will make darn sure of that!

I came here looking for colored magic markers. colored pencils and crayons. They had an aisle set…read moreup with exactly what I was looking for and more as far as coloring supplies goes. The store was laid out very good and it was relatively easy to find things. I did have to ask an employee where to find a pencil sharpener because I did not see one in the area that I would have expected to find one. And the person who asked led me to the pencil sharpener that I was looking for immediately. The prices seemed pretty fair and I ended up buying two more items than I had originally planned to buy so I will say that the merchandising skills in this store area pretty good. After I had found everything I needed I did give the store a spin to see what else they carry here at this location. I saw binders, lined paper, printing paper, pens, paperclips, tacks, highlighters, laptops, shipping supplies and other things that one would use for office or business. Most of these things would also come in handy for any student. The cashier up at the front of the store rang in my items fast and efficiently. Definitely a good location to shop for office supplies, school supplies or just for something you can use at home such as crayons.

I recently have printed some files at the Staples located in Weymouth. The sizes of my files range…read morefrom 11" x 17" to 24" x 36". Thank you all very much! J.G

This place is the absolute pits! Every single person that works there is rude. They are so slow…read moreon anything they do. I ship all my UPS packages through Pirate Ship. All I do is drop them off like I've been doing for the past 5 years. I have a small business here in Randolph. They won't give you a receipt it was dropped off which makes me very nervous as there are some shady people hanging out in this place. And..EVERY SINGLE time I have sent a package to them I get a note from Pirate Ship It was measured wrong and it weighed more than what I paid for. They were taking about $5.00-$15.00 out daily. I ship packages every single day between UPS and USPS I never EVER have to pay extra from the USPS only this store! I called Pirate ship and they refunded every single dime this store took from me. Be careful if you are doing your own shipping and leaving it there. I think it's pretty shady they're the only ones that say my packages are more than what I paid for and the boxes are not measured correctly. I have a USPS postal scale. I tape measure every single box! It's maddening as it's the only place around me that takes packages and I have to drop them off here. Pirate ship is well aware of the situation now. Be very careful.
