The store Manager Trish and those who work at the Print Department, Matt, Juan, John and Mai, are all very easy to work with. All my prints are done on time, and I am very please with the quality. Thank you all very much! J.G

When I asked for my order I was met with one of the most shocking condescending & rude experiences I've ever had. Matt, the associate at the photo desk (white male, beanie, piercings) told me, with an attitude, that they "didn't print them" because I "didn't respond to the email" about a formatting issue. I calmly explained that my sister just passed away Monday morning, and I obviously was not checking emails while grieving. Instead of showing even a basic level of compassion or decency, he doubled down, talking over me and repeating, "When people don't answer emails, we don't do the print." What a vile human being to respond to someone while they are actively in pain. Being cruel to someone grieving says more about you than anything else, and the universe notices. Kindness costs nothing but karma will keep receipts. I don't expect employers at staples to care about my personal situation, but there is no excuse for being dismissive and disrespectful as an human to another human. If you value basic kindness or professionalism, take your business elsewhere. Especially when printing for funeral or memorial services. I hope Staples management addresses the complete lack of empathy and customer service displayed by Matt and the management team at this location.

This USED to be a great place to get copies made, ship packages, etc., etc. There was a clerk…read morenamed Pattie who worked there, & She was always "on top" of everything. Unfortunately for Me, Pattie retired, & this business evidently is now under new ownership & has REALLY gone DOWNHILL fast. I recently bought a couple of vintage auto parts on eBay. Sadly, they wouldn't fit, necessitating My returning them for a refund. eBay emailed Me a "QR code". When I saw "FedEx" listed as the carrier I needed to use to ship the parts back I cringed, since anything & everything remotely related to this pitiful "carrier" always seems to end up complicated, a huge hassle, & a gigantic nightmare. Having no other viable options at the moment, I grudgingly drove to the "Postal Center" so they could scan the QR code, print a label, & ship the package out for Me. Well, FedEx "came through" for Me once again, right on cue. The "clerk" on duty matter-of-factly informed Me that the Postal Center is "no longer scanning FedEx QR codes". I really thought She was kidding! They advertise themselves as a "full service center", are considered a FedEx drop-off location, & they can't/won't scan QR codes? Preposterous!!!!! A wasted trip, & in case this clerk hasn't noticed, gas prices (like FedEx rates), are in the stratosphere. She could care less. This "clerk" was about as useless as power windows in a submarine. No apologies, no recommendation(s) of what My options are, etc. I asked Her WHY they won't scan QR codes She informed Me that "We don't have the necessary equipment to scan QR codes". REALLY??? I suggested that it might be good business practice for Them to INVEST in a scanning machine, seeing that They're supposedly a "FedEx full-service location". DUH!!! That suggestion also fell on deaf ears. I informed Her that I was finished doing any business with "The Postal Center"...She could care less about this also. Quite the "attitude"! On My own, I searched the internet & quickly found that Walgreens in Millbury handles the shipping of FedEx packages. I called Them & when I told the clerk the story about The Postal Center not being able to scan FedEx QR codes, She too thought I was joking!!! She had never heard of anything so ridiculous! So, I drove to Millbury. She (Karen) was very nice & helpful (unlike the DUDS at The Postal Center!!) Within 3 minutes She had the QR code scanned, the shipping label affixed, & the package was on its way! Now THAT's the way to do business!!! So whatever You do, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER using The Postal Center for anything since They're as useless as FedEx, I'm spreading the word far & wide, with the hopes that this pitiful excuse for a "business" will go the route of "Spirit Airlines", along with FedEx, and cease to exist. We MISS YOU, Pattie!!!!

Came in recently to have some prints made. Have been a 25 year customer for everything from notary…read moreservice, supplies and copies to shipping and more. Got a lot of attitude, moaning, eyerolls for a simple print job that took 15 minutes and was made out to be much more than it was. They have 3 big office grade printers on site to print my lowly 100 pages. David the former owner, rest his soul, was an affable, nice man with a sense of humor who was very helpful. It's unfortunate that the crew there now does not possess his nature, and a cheerful, service-minded approach to customers. I didn't ask them to box up 50 Christmas gifts and fill out the slips. They had to simply click and print about a 100 pages. Not rocket science. Congratulations, you lost my families 25 year loyal business over a bad attitude and muttering under your breath. Small business is all about customer service. If that's too difficult, then maybe find something else to do.

I also want to CONGRATULATE and give a BIG shout out to Amy Tucker, who is now the Owner/Manager. She helped me when my business was located in the Shaw's Plaza over 17 years ago with the same kind and helpful manner. I saw her work hard, persevere through challenging working conditions and although the previous owner had passed, Amy stepped up to buy the business and help carry on his legacy and build her own future, WOW! Go Amy and the Easy Ship & Pack Team - you ROCK! Thank you for making my day! Gayle
