When I asked for my order I was met with one of the most shocking condescending & rude experiences I've ever had. Matt, the associate at the photo desk (white male, beanie, piercings) told me, with an attitude, that they "didn't print them" because I "didn't respond to the email" about a formatting issue. I calmly explained that my sister just passed away Monday morning, and I obviously was not checking emails while grieving. Instead of showing even a basic level of compassion or decency, he doubled down, talking over me and repeating, "When people don't answer emails, we don't do the print." What a vile human being to respond to someone while they are actively in pain. Being cruel to someone grieving says more about you than anything else, and the universe notices. Kindness costs nothing but karma will keep receipts. I don't expect employers at staples to care about my personal situation, but there is no excuse for being dismissive and disrespectful as an human to another human. If you value basic kindness or professionalism, take your business elsewhere. Especially when printing for funeral or memorial services. I hope Staples management addresses the complete lack of empathy and customer service displayed by Matt and the management team at this location.

I immediately reported the incident to our property manager and got in touch with Tom, the owner of the company. Tom came out supposedly to assess the damage, but when I greeted him, he became irate and confrontational. For the next 15 minutes, he screamed at me, denied any involvement with the damage, called me a liar, and said I was just in it for the money (for a window screen?). When I explained to him in explicit detail exactly what had happened, where he was standing, how his worker cut the screen and with which tool, that's when Tom really lost it -- he must have realized that I actually witnessed the damage his worker did, so he kicked me off the neighbor's property and started personally insulting and berating me. I mean this when I say that Tom is the singular most rude person I've ever interacted with in my life. While he could never admit the damage that his team did, here are pictures of him, the red pole saw, and the slice his worker made in my screen. If you'd like him to come on your property, good luck to you and hope he doesn't damage your personal property!

We have two small Boston Terriers and a fenced in yard. Last spring every time they came in from…read morethe yard they had a tick or more on them. We didn't want to use harsh chemicals in the yard so we contacted Betsy from Mosquito Joe's. She was very informative and helpful to our needs. She had a technician come out a few days later and spray the yard. We noticed a considerable drop in the amount of ticks on our dogs. After the second treatment 3 weeks later the dogs never came back with a single tick. This year is the same thing. No ticks. They give us a few days notice as to when they are coming then a text when we're the next stop so we can get the dogs in and close the windows. When they're done the leave a little goody bag of bones one for each dog. I can't recommend them enough. They are a better option for us than giving our dogs tick pills or chemical collars or drops on their fur. If you have ticks you can't go wrong calling Betsy. As for mosquitoes we never had a problem with them. Also we have an acre of yard so that's no small feat to keep tick free. The price is less than half what I expected to pay.
