The review is specifically for the UPS Drop off service…read more I brought in a prepaid/labeled package and got a receipt proving that I dropped off the package. UPS has no record or tracking information for the package, so I went to the UPS center in West Yarmouth, MA. They told me that UPS never got the package, it's Staples fault. I went back to Staples and talked to Patrick, the Assistant Mgr who was very rude and unsympathetic, saying that "nothing is 100%". He said that my receipt was proof that UPS picked up the package, I said "No, that is my proof that I brought the package here." I was told that they do not track the package once you drop it off. So now I am out $72 for the lost contents of the package, and no explanation or apology from Staples. DO NOT USE, or you will lose. Once you drop off your package you are on your own. Terrible system, no tracking of your package to prove that they did their job of forwarding to UPS. Drop off your package at the UPS center in West Yarmouth or anyplace besides Staples in Hyannis.
