If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars I would. This place is an absolute joke! First off,…read moreI have not moved in about 12 years. Several months ago the post office started sending some of mine and my husbands mail to my father in laws house. Not just your regular joe mail but a bill, tax docs, etc. The mail had our actual mailing address but a sticker on it to forward to my father in laws address. Then some of my teenage daughters mail started going to his address. We did not change our address!!! We have made several attempts to correct the post office's mistake with no help what so ever. They kept telling us to fill out a change of address form, but we NEVER changed our address. They fucked up and now we each need to fill out a new form? After failed attempts online, my husband went up to the post office today with several address proofs including his drivers license (with the correct address as it has never changed), mail (utility bill with his name and the address), soc. sec. card, birth certificate, in case they need proof he is who he says he is. Still an issue!!! The person assisting him said he couldn't do anything. Another employee aggressively typed something on the computer and told my husband he will receive an email for the next step. The email basically stated they couldn't verify him and to just inform everyone of an address change! ARE YOU SERIOUS? WE NEVER CHANGED OUR ADDRESS! What do we have to do to correct an issue that the Post Office created? What happens if my father in law moves and then someone else is getting our mail? Talk about risk for fraud. I will be reaching out to the Governor for help. It sucks to have to go to such lengths for something so simple. DO BETTER!!!

But Chelsea Caitlin and all of the other girls and that UPS Store all deserve a raise because they work very hard and very fast !

If you're looking to do a quick drop off a package to UPS for any reason whether it's shipping across the country or for an Amazon return, let me just tell you right now this is not the location to go to. As they have it, the lines don't start at the counter the line start in the middle to back end of the store so the lines are always overpouring outside of the store resulting in people waiting in the street or on the side, blocking H&R Block . The service is something else, they make you feel almost incompetent for trying to ship a package and question your address to make you feel as if you are now gaslighted. The outrageous requirement to purchase a whole roll of tape from their overpriced sectional is mind-boggling. This is the only location I know of an all of UPS that requires you to purchase a roll of tape for just a strip in order to seal your package. I have never experienced any other location and let me tell you it just reflects poorly on the management style by doing so. In my opinion, there should be two lines while at at this location. One line for all scanning goes to ensure that everyone gets their receipt because as the review left by someone similar, they've had multiple packages be stolen and this UPS will not check the cameras or give you an excuse as to why they cannot. The other line strictly for people who are looking to send out a package. This would really streamline the service and would actually make more people feel comfortable coming here.

They're good at their jobs, but only the task-oriented part of it. I'm surprised at the reviews…read moresaying how nice they are. Nearly every employee has a negative, nasty look on their face. You won't be greeted with a smile. You'll receive a generic greeting because it's in their job description. No people skills or actual kindness. But they WILL bite their tongue if they're impatient with you. The impatience is still obvious though. You can tell they don't like customers and that your presence is a bother to them. I once had an issue and dealt with the manager Andrew. He was hostile and clearly impatient with me. Was I rude to him? Nope, never. I had a genuine smile and was extremely polite. I work in customer service and know how to actually be nice to people, including everyone in this bunch. I've been nothing but nice to all of them for years, and have received zero kindness in return (except for one or two of the newer employees). I see them relate to each other and talk nice because they work together. But customers? No, why be kind to them. My last visit was the best because of the brunette girl with the sunglasses on her head. She loves to smile at my husband, but is catty towards me. She looks me up and down all the time and has for years. I have confidence in myself, so there's absolutely no jealousy here. I've never said anything and have never even given her a funny look. Nothing... I'm guessing she's jealous because I'm thinner? I don't know what her problem is. I've tried being nice many times, but she puts on a snobby act and seems incapable of genuine kindness. It's sad.
