And she needed to open her window to get the packages from customers. She had her new looking masking next to her as I saw her handle it while she helped a customer. I thought she was selling masks at first because she was holding it as she helped the first woman. But she never put it on. She helped about 8 customers while I repacked and labeled my parcel.

I enjoy the official charm and the workers here are kind and accurate in their dealings. It is in a perfect location with plenty of room for loading or unloading in the parking lot. Fast forward a year & Im currently standing in line with 13 other people. There's 3 clerks working at the counter with no sense of urgency at all. We have been waiting for over 30 mins. One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.

Always had a parking spot every time I came to do mail stuff. 3) Interior: it's a little older, but everything is in working order. Clean, neat, orderly and not a spec of dirt anywhere. 4) Employees: exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They're always glad to help you out. I don't know what kind of other things to talk about when it comes to mail. I walk in, drop my mail or a package off, I pay for it, I walk out and I'm good to go. My mail or package gets there early is a plus, but all in all I just need it to get there in a timely fashion or even if it's extremely backed up, I would just want the item to get there period.

I returned later in the morning to pick up a parcel and he saw me sham waiting in Libby and came right over to see if I needed anything. I was impressed by his customer service skills. He far exceeded anything I ever experienced from behind any guest service counter in all my years. 8-22-16 Quick trip to purchase a roll of stamps and get a change of address card for my mother in law. The clerk was very helpful and explained the COA process and warned against online companies charging exorbitant prices for a process the PO charges very little to free for.

I was told it could take up to 14 days for the change to be completed. After a month i received a phone call saying they had a month of my mail at the post office. I went and picked it up and i talked to my carrier they should me my change of address form someone wrote 10 day hold on it. So i went up there and a lady said she did it, she does it to all of them. a few months later i went to get rid of the p.o.box to go back to house filled out change of address form i was told up to 14 days to change after a month of no mail i went up there and the man at the counter looked on the computer he had my change of address form nobody put it in the computer. So he did it his self it was great of him to take the time to do. i feel that most of the people behind the wall that supposed to make this stuff happen along with their bosses need to stop wasting our tax dollars and get fired. Instead give their money to the carriers that make it work.

The staff here is engaged in their work.  They are friendly and neighborly.  The parking lot is…read morekept up very well.  The lobby and entrance is clean and kept free of debris and snow during the year and inclement weather.  The postal boxes outside are in good condition too.  This post office is conveniently located in downtown Romulus.  There are parks nearby and it is an easy ride or walk to several other businesses. The building is clearly marked.  It is a little difficult to find the door at first because it is tucked behind the main facade but that allows for easy entry during inclement weather as mentioned.  The landscaping is attractive and well designed.  All in all it is a pleasure to visit this post office for my postal business.

The United States Post Office in downtown Romulus, Michigan is easy to access.  There is plenty of…read moreparking here.  The staff here is very much interested in their work and they provide quality service here.  The building is kept neat and clean both inside and out.  It is easy to locate the materials and shipping items as the vending area is kept well stocked. The counter clerks are very good at what they do and offer a positive outlook.  It's refreshing to do business with them.  If the building is closed there are some conveniently located postal boxes right outside.  You can drop items in when walking by or even drive up if you want to.  The building is located in a quaint plaza and the traffic passing by is usually quiet and moving at a reasonable pace.
