One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.

Always had a parking spot every time I came to do mail stuff. 3) Interior: it's a little older, but everything is in working order. Clean, neat, orderly and not a spec of dirt anywhere. 4) Employees: exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They're always glad to help you out. I don't know what kind of other things to talk about when it comes to mail. I walk in, drop my mail or a package off, I pay for it, I walk out and I'm good to go. My mail or package gets there early is a plus, but all in all I just need it to get there in a timely fashion or even if it's extremely backed up, I would just want the item to get there period.

I'm in town visiting family and wanted to mail some last minute items I found for my dad. We walked up with a flat rate box for two small bags of pistachios and he immediately said this isn't the best option, it's going to be too expensive. He helped us find the cheapest option to get them there fast then proceeded to find us a box to ship it in. Mind you, he was the only one working but not once did he rush Or dismiss us to get through the line faster. He was very friendly smooth and helpful. Every employee that's behind the counter that I've encountered is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in ANY government branch EVER matter of factly in any area of the service industry. I and others feel part of that motivation is towards certain groups of people. On several occasions they've documented that package(s) were "undeliverable no access" even when I'd been waiting in the lobby all day & standing at the door at the exact time the undeliverable no access notification came through. To me that is mail tampering when they deliberately withhold packages and LIE about even making an attempt. I know it's a CROCK because mail delivery persons have keys to let themselves into apartment building lobbies so that is a straight out LIE!!! They are clueless to everything when asked questions about anything especially packages, they can't even answer if it's out for delivery or even on the truck. I've been told there was nothing there for me when I've called then I'll go there because I know they're clueless so once again after a battle with them and their attitude they'll magically find it and when asked why I told on the phone not more than 10 minutes prior that nothing was there they still know nothing. They are either lazy incompetent or both I'm not sure What's more pathetic it isn't just the employees it's their superiors. So if supervisors don't give two flips about how their workers act or don't do their job who do we go to?!!! Maybe they all hate their jobs or lives who knows but their issues don't belong at work and neither do their prejudices and if that's the case they should consider another career path and let someone else that does care have a job I'm sure there's a stack of applications.
