I would have appreciated at least a return call acknowledging the packages were scanned incorrectly, along with a sincere apology. Additionally, we've noticed that our longtime mail carrier, who served our route for years, is no longer delivering our mail, and there have been several different carriers over the past few months. We sincerely hope all is well with our previous carrier they are truly missed. We never experienced any issues, and they were always polite and professional.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Hamtramck location was extremely disappointing. The employee I dealt with, Tina, was dismissive and unhelpful from the beginning. I asked a simple question about getting a label, and instead of assisting, she made the process unnecessarily difficult and confusing. I was told I needed to purchase tape, was charged for it, and never even received it. When I asked for a receipt, she did not provide one. At that point, I decided I didn't feel comfortable continuing the transaction. I asked for a supervisor, and the number I was given did not work. When I requested that she contact a supervisor directly, she refused. Another employee nearby did not step in to help resolve the situation either. Instead of trying to fix the issue, I was ultimately told they would not ship my package after already taking payment. The situation escalated further when I was threatened with the police over a situation that should have been handled professionally from the start. Given the volume of shipments we handle every month, reliability and professionalism are extremely important to us. All I can say is this location is busy. On some days it hit or miss when you have to stand in long…read morelines. Sometimes I think they don't understand that their busy times is during people's lunch breaks and right after work gets out (around 4-5pm) in the area, that the lines are long and need more window help. So the best times are the mornings, or after 1pm to visit. I have no complaints about the staff, only that I feel sorry for them when people come up to the window and don't have their packages done properly, or understand how to packages boxes. And this makes the people in line, frustrated. I understand that sometimes there's a language barrier but maybe they should post directions in multi-languages.

Fast forward a year & Im currently standing in line with 13 other people. There's 3 clerks working at the counter with no sense of urgency at all. We have been waiting for over 30 mins. One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.
