However, our camera footage shows the mail carrier scanned the packages but did not leave them at our residence. I spoke with a representative at the post office who took my information and said they would call me back, but I never received a follow-up--and the packages still have not arrived. I would have appreciated at least a return call acknowledging the packages were scanned incorrectly, along with a sincere apology. Additionally, we've noticed that our longtime mail carrier, who served our route for years, is no longer delivering our mail, and there have been several different carriers over the past few months. We sincerely hope all is well with our previous carrier they are truly missed. We never experienced any issues, and they were always polite and professional.

The one I usually go to on Livernois near Michigan is crowded and there are turtles that move faster than the lines do. So when I was out getting ice cream, I discovered this little branch. The walk from the bus stop was longer than I waited inside here. No lines, and the clerk was helpful in processing my request without batting an eye. It was so fast that I was able to catch the very next bus down Grand River. I was wholly impressed. As I said before, there are some hidden gems here in the D and this is one of them. If you need to mail something consider this branch. Lots of parking out front too. I even like the design of the building. That says something. The one thing that the government got right.
