worst post office everr. Morning person answering the phone, knew that my package did not need a signature, it was international usps priority but I just moved from NJ to RI and never needed a signature, so I called just because a week prior before I moved in he sent something back to sender that arrived early instead of just leaving it in the box bc name wasnt under apartment number . ended up not being able to intercept it. So I am considering writing to the BBB about this post office. I am a Dr., and made a call from the hospital to the USPS 1800 and verified my tracking number did not need a signature. I've lived here 4 days, and called my leasing agent and asked if they wanted some kind of signature could you just let them give it to you but obviously she was busy and i told the guy about it. anyway when i got home and i saw somebody getting her mail said it just came and i checked and i had some but not my package that did not need a signature, i called and someone else was working. i didnt have a car in this area so took an uber to post office and got it. i specifically called first thing in the morning to ask if he can leave with leasing office, or bring it to hospital not far, or my permission to but in box. it was envelop sized. I hope nothing bad on people, but people that say they know something that is wrong and that is important to other people and those other people verify that what they are saying is wrong, then those people hang up on a person and continue to say signatures needed when i called several usps people and looked it up , usps internatinoal priority express. only above a certain weight. so i went there but otherwise they would have tried to do it in a few days. worst post office ever i have alot to do but they need to be examined and restaffed, at least with the delusional ones and misdirected when someones obviously wanting a package and doing what they have to do get it and having no knowledge of usps. not saying he needs a college education or be a great empathizer, just the worst i want to keep writing. read more
