I've tried to call this phone number for days now and no one has answered. Extremely unprofessional.

First - was when we moved into our home and continually for 3 years had received mail from several individuals that didn't reside there for at least 5 years. The house was flipped -- so there were 2 years the flipper had it prior to us. If you called them, wrote a complaint or emailed them personally, you would get "sorry, this won't happen again", but it always did. Evidently looking at names is too arduous for their postal carriers. Secondly: the issue with their carriers excuses of utilizing the code "no access point/entry". This means that evidently they can't find your home, so they just throw in that code, so you think it means they can not access your doors, but that is a lie, which is what the employees here I find do a lot. This occurred 2 times while our box was directly across the street from us. Tom Rockwell - their postmaster lies as per usual and will tell you "that will not happen again." It was a sub he says. They should not be utilizing that particular code, and that he understands how frustrating it is not to get packages delivered when you expect them--especially if you are paying for expedited shipping. Then their was an issue with a minor stealing our packages- so we asked to have them move the box. Tom and Toni Donato who also works Attleboro Falls where the mail gets sorted for North Attleboro PO said they would send letters to the house we were moving it away from-to keep the post up, and to the home it would be going in front of. They never did that- as my husband asked for copies of those letters and so did I. Another lie. So then we get letters blasted on our mailbox from that home that we had no right moving the box to their property --when CLEARLY we had to get permission from this PO. But when confronted with why they didn't send the letters notifying these houses as such, we were met with Tom telling us to go to the police as it is a civil matter, NO, you are the individual in charge that could have wrote those letters as promised informing the houses about the box move as they thought we just moved it on a whim without permission He couldn't be bothered, neither could Toni. Now recently we got mail from the same people we who were stealing our mail and now others mail, because as we were told "the subs" got confused which I guess means they can not look at names and numbers on mail and the boxes. And then we get the no delivery of packages on days (yet again now) they are expected because of the same excuse of they can't get access to our entrances -which Tom stated again should not have been used, but yet he is the man that tells you he is going to speak to the subs and make sure they all know how important it is to look at the numbers etc . He even blamed Amazon last time. Yet, I know this man lies a lot from past experiences with him saying one thing and doing another- so I already knew Amazon logistics department said they were lying to me. That once it is at their PO -they (Amazon) are done, anything after that is the POs responsibility. I even had their superior say to me "well we do Amazon a favor delivering on weekends." And as I said to HIM and TOM, they don't deliver on weekends (especially Sundays for free)...Amazon pays them for this service. Additionally they were trying to tell me that the sub wasn't familiar with delivering on Sundays, yet when I said "does he work for the USPS, I was met with a yes. Get an online virtual mailbox and have your actual packages delivered to your job or family if you live in this town. This place is horrible in customer service and delivery of your mail.

I have never left a bad review for a business, but the service in this office made me feel…read moreextremely uncomfortable and I need to share my experience. I ordered $50 worth of macarons for my sister's birthday and they were scheduled to be delivered to me on a Saturday(according to the tracking number). The shipping is only supposed to take 2-3 days and this was day 2 so I needed it that day or else the macarons would go bad. I'm cooking my lunch at 12:30 when I get a text from USPS saying the delivery date was changed to Monday and the package was dropped off at this office. They close at 1 on Saturdays and aren't open on Sundays so I decided to stop cooking and drive over to pick it up. I get into the office and have both my license and passport ready to verify my identity and explain to the lady at the front desk my situation. Both ladies at the desk were very kind. She told me to write the tracking number and my address on a piece of paper and she was going to have someone come out from the back to take the paper and look for it. After a few minutes this guy comes out from the back and the conversation goes like this: Me: "Hi, I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house today but I got a notification from USPS saying the delivery date just changed. The package has perishables in it and you aren't open tomorrow so I wanted to pick it up here." Guy: "What do you mean the delivery date got changed? We only do pickups for express packages." Me: "I'm not sure if this is an express package or not. It's only been 2 days so there's a chance it might be. Can you take a look?" *goes to hand him the paper the lady at the front desk asked me to give him and he won't even touch it* Guy: "We only do pickups for express packages." Me: *my arm now extended across the counter looking like a fool trying to hand him the paper* "Are you able to just check? There's perishables in the package and they're going to go bad if I can't pick it up today." Guy: "When does the tracking number say it arrived here?" Me: "Within the last hour" Guy: "No, we only do pickups for express packages" Me: "Is there any way at all I can pick this up? I have all the proper identification and I know it hasn't been loaded on to a different truck yet because it just arrived here under an hour ago" Guy: "No." I left the office empty handed knowing my sister's gift was going to go bad and there was nothing I could do about it all because the guy didn't want to look for the package. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
