Our poor Post Office just isn't geared for the Amazon age, and so when my hubs and I decided to be apart of the overall solution, we chose Pak Mail to be our partner for personal packages and business mail delivery! We are beyond happy with the support we get - whether its Arturo or Megan answering the phone when I call, or Heather finding the most bizarrely irregular sized box to ship a package in, we're SO lucky to have their help! I absolutely LOVE that they are so attentive to COVID precautions - and I've never had a problem getting a package or mail because of limited hours. Their LUXER boxes make it so easy to pick up after hours! Plus, I love that as one of their box holders, I get to come in during specific "customer-only hours." THAT is REAL customer service you sure don't get down in the Big City! It always cracks me up when I'm chatting up someone in line in front of me and Heather says, "Is that Marla?" THAT is small town living folks - you get to know someone well enough that even with a mask on, they recognize who you are :). As for James (the owner) ... well, there just isn't a nicer guy in this town. And he does the right thing, always. Moods come and go, packages arrive and get shipped, life goes on. It is truly humbling to ask someone to follow the rules and have them basically spit in your face by saying that I should just pick up their trash. People do leave their trash their all the time, and when I was working it was 6 days a week, 12 hours a day it was hard to pickup other people's messes at the end of the day. In our recycling bin I'd find vodka bottles, soda cans would be left outside, even icecream wrappers and half filled mocha drinks would mix into the paper. After working that hard for people it was really frustrating to just be expected to pickup trash. It's not in my job description but of course I want to try and make the post office look nice. Amber, I just wanted to answer your review. I was very plain and actually really shy about asking you to "please take your trash home". I was afraid of you, but did my best to stand my ground the way the post office teaches you not to. I worked there for 7 months and you were by far my worst interaction with a customer. You didn't even want to take it and raised your voice at me. YOU were the one scolding me. I actually cried after our interaction because YOU were so callous and rude.
