Responding to the owner's comment: I paid $15 for one signature. I did comment that this place is good for Sundays/holidays and hospitality. And I should say that I knew that the place is expensive before going there. I am not complaining about disclosure. She performed her notary services, went through the agreement and made sure we had all the areas signed and she even provided us with a fed-ex envelope and filled out the form for us so that all we needed was the escrow company's account number.
