Unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive as if she is better than the next Jenny "off the block". Using her boss as a shield for her disgruntling behavior. All the locations I've used in St Louis had helpful staff. Or upstate IL too. They have all been decent. What is the deal with Edwardsville? Supplies can be ordered online from usps.com. I highly recommend that if you just need stamps. Mailing a package.... i probably will use UPS or FedEx next time. The staff here are just flat out rude. It's amazing. I've lived in 6 states over the years. This is the worst post office annex I've encountered. The manager should step in but don't hold your breath. I think nationally the PO is doing the best it can overall. However, don't expect a polite clerk who is helpful if you use this location. It was extremely busy, long line and wait. Despite that, The lady I spoke with was very helpful and patient, I had tons of questions. Usually when you get to the front the clerk is mean and nasty but not in this case. She explained the fee, what not to write on the application, how to the fee is broken down and times for processing his application. Now, today I tryed my best to get here at 9am but didn't make it till 9:18am. Already there were 2 people waiting to get processed and 1 already being seen. The wait wasn't that long... I believe we were there for 45 mins. That included the wait in line of 3 ppl, processing our application and paying! It's best to have all paperwork filled out when you get there. If not, the wait could be longer! Zelda was Awesome... She processed my sons passport application, super friendly and fast! I normally don't go to this post office but at the end of the day I would go back if I needed too!

But they do not care they put it in the box. Not their fault they did not close the door right? They have absolutely no problem delivering to the wrong address. I have the advanced notice as to what mail is coming. There has been several times where I get an email saying something is coming that we do not have a scan for and then the mail arrives and whatever it was is not there. Then in in office. They cannot possible give you a piece of tape. Oh no. I needed two piece of tape but I had to buy a $4 roll of tape. You are telling me people some of these people are making $20 an hour on up and they cannot give away two pieces of tape? $20+/hr is waaaaayyyyyyy overpaid for ringing up a transaction or putting a letter in a PO BOX. Ringing a transaction I admit requires some skill putting the mail in a PO Box requires being able to read. Wow way to put that third grade education to work.

They don't get out of the vehicle to driver the packages. I have seen them do it many times but unable to catch them to get my package because they do it so quickly. Mail takes forever to arrive (sometimes weeks when it should take days). When I do get packages, they are often left on the edge of my porch where it sticks out and gets wet and destroyed instead of under the covered portion where common sense tells to do it.
