They don't get out of the vehicle to driver the packages. I have seen them do it many times but unable to catch them to get my package because they do it so quickly. Mail takes forever to arrive (sometimes weeks when it should take days). When I do get packages, they are often left on the edge of my porch where it sticks out and gets wet and destroyed instead of under the covered portion where common sense tells to do it.

And they charged me $11 for a small box. I also asked to see the item getting loaded into the box, so I can have a picture, because it' was a very expensive $5000 ring, and it was insured, but she walked away with it and came back and showed it to me already in the box. I waited to write this review until I know that the ring was actually in the box and I got my credit from the $11 for a box that small is horrible, and then to not even listening and follow instructions to please put it in the box in front of me.

So I couldn't mail out my already prepaid item for Amazon. I had to go to the ups in dierberghs which isn't too far away. I'd come back to ship here when needed. It's in a lot with other stores. But their lot doesn't get super busy.

When I think of the police station, I see myself walking into a building full of officers at their desk doing paperwork, drinking coffee and hauling in criminals (apparently I've seen too many crime shows). Well to my surprise that wasn't the case. I actually walked into this large hallway, extremely quiet.. wasn't too sure what to do. To the right is the window for the records department, to the left, a window to dispatch. On the windows there's a sign "Dispatch can not hear through the window. Please pick up phone to your right for police services". Okay! An officer answered the line, I explained I needed to make a police report. She took my name, number, address and said she would send a officer to me. Wait.. what?!? I'm in the lobby! If I knew I could just call and have a officer come to me to make a report, I would've! Instead she sent a officer to come and take my report in the lobby. While waiting I was able to observe the bulletin board with helpful information to citizens in Fairview Heights. There's a MedReturn drug collection unit, where you can drop off unwanted prescription. If you need a gun lock, just ask, they will provide 1 free of charge. Better safe then sorry! Even though it looks empty, there are people there behind those dark mirror windows. At the end of the day... if I had to go back I would, by I'm hoping I don't need too!
