I brought in an Int'l box I packed full of toys for my friends so in the UK. I needed assistance because int'l packages require an inventory. I brought everything in to this store. They said they would readable it for me after I paid. Then my friends son received a coffee maker. The ONLY explanation is they mixed up my package when I dropped it off with another. I went in to explain and the owner/operators Son told me he sees everything and they made no mistake. They did! They just said "have a good day" which is code for "I don't care!" Avoid this location! Jim, the supposed son of the owner of this UPS franchise, is very rude and lazy, and in my opinion does not belong anywhere near customer service (he works there as an employee, believe it or not, lmao, and if I was the actual owner I would be ashamed of his behavior). Anytime you get rude behavior by him or any other UPS employee, call the UPS Corporate Customer Relations phone number 1 800 789 4623, and ask to speak with a manager. Sometimes they can provide you with the email of an UPS executive if needed. Although this UPS location is a "locally owned" franchise, they still bear the UPS name and can ultimately be judged according to UPS corporate standards. read more

I started using this UPS location a few months back and every time I'm here I get good, friendly service. There are usually 3 employees there all helping people at their own register. I have been in here with 4 people in front of me and still get in and out in under 10 mins. I have never had an issue with packages not showing up or felt like I was being overcharged for things. Biggest complaint about this place isn't really this place at all.. its about the people that park right outside the door instead of in the gigantic parking lot right next to them bc they can't be bothered to walk that far. read more

Thanks to the female notary, I won't ever use this UPS location again for anything. You went from 5 stars to 1 star because of her. Very surprised by my visit here today. I've used the services here many times. The young men here are always very fast, friendly & courteous. Today I needed a couple of documents notarized. The notary (female) approached the desk without acknowledging anyone standing at the counter with such an unpleasant look on her face. My interaction with her was challenging because of her rude & angry responses to every question I asked. I should have stuck with going to the library. I'm not sure why she was hired to interact with customers because she lacks all of the requirements of being friendly, kind & courteous. UPS, she desperately needs Customer Service 101 training. Saying, "Have a nice day!" and finally looking up at me while you continue to be extremely rude isn't acceptable. read more

My experience was right out of the Twilight Zone. I'm 75 years old and told the young man there I needed help understanding the delivery note that UPS left on my front door. I had already put in my tracking number into the UPS web site but it didn't seem to tell me what I needed to know about finding where my package was. The young man quickly looked up the information on his computer and reiterated what it said. I had some questions about it but he said I was "attacking" him. He also said this UPS store was "not UPS" (inferring my questions weren't his problem). I can understand how someone can be having a bad day once in a while, but my experience was close to coming face-to-face with neurosis. I think it might be time for him to take some vacation time. read more

White male didn't want to give his name was very rude, would not let me use tape to attach my labels to my packages ended up getting a package sent back to my house. When I call to let him know what happened he got offended and told me not to bring my package back to his location. Will not go back!!! This review is for the unprofessional customer service I received today (Nov 9 2023). I absolutely don't appreciate the unprofessional attitude displayed by this YOUNG MAN toward me when he was checking in a return. I commented "Wow that was fast....I am still waiting on the bar code to load". When he started to scan the code and it seemed as though the scanner wasn't reading the bar code but obviously it did... I commented "oh it did scan"... this is when his demeanor turned rude, unprofessional and personal...His RUDE comment was "it did...that should be a 5-star review". That is when it became personal...and I immediately remembered what that comment was about...it was in regards to a previous review I submitted 10 months ago about the store displaying operating hours before Christmas and not being open. I came to the store a few days later to mail a package and this individual confronted me regarding my review and proceeded to explain to me in a not so pleasant tone on why the store wasn't open. As I listened to this YOUNG MAN explain to me why it wasn't opened I understood and informed him I would edit my review words but never did I state I was changing my star rating, but obviously the edited version didn't meet his standards as noted on this occasion or previous other occasions I have mailed or picked packages at this location. I have frequented this location for the past 15+ years and never ever had any issues with employees at this location until 10 months ago. I pride myself on being courteous and polite to individuals in customer service but I refuse to be treated rude because I spoke up about information that was displayed and wasn't updated to reflect why the store wasn't going to be opened. Bottom Line: If you're displaying information to the public and something changes update it to reflect the current situation. read more

Generally speaking I prefer to support the USPS, however I had an occasion to use UPS and selected this location. I showed up with the UPS drop off, pre-labeled, at 6:09 PM. Their closing time was at 6:30 PM. I noticed upon walking into the building the UPS driver was walking out the door and loading his truck. I asked the clerk if I had missed the pick up for the evening and she told me yes, final drop off her packages is at 6 PM. She then grabbed my package, quickly scanned it, and ran outside to catch the driver! This "I care"attitude goes a long way in my book. Keep up the great customer service. I brought three packages in I was rushed and they even got things wrong. They put the wrong name one and I just found out he sent it to the wrong address. I was never handed the label back to verify the address. On this same package when I came back to the store I was treated badly again. My feelings on the mess up were dismissed. I have had several experiences here of Nick and the staff going above and beyond. This last one "takes the cake." We went to the airport and forgot a driver's license. My husband took it to Nick and said it needed to be sent overnight and this would be on a Saturday. Originally they thought that would work and then discovered it wouldn't. Since they didn't have a way to do that, Nick DROVE our license to a competitors store in ANOTHER town and paid for it to be sent to us on that Saturday. This saved us from being unable to fly home! Nick saved our trip and I cannot thank him and the staff enough for that service which is incredible!!!!! I stopped in here the other day because when I canceled my AT&T U-verse services they emailed me this piece of paper and told me to bring my DVR box and gateway to the UPS store along with the piece of paper. I thought that was a pretty sweet idea, better than me having to locate some branch office to drop this stuff off at. But I digress, back to the UPS store. I walked in and there was one lady helping out with notary services, which they also offer, and after a couple moments I was helped by a young lady. She started the process of scanning in my stuff and a few minutes later I was given a receipt showing I dropped off the equipment and was sent on my merry way. I was in and out in just a few minutes, but the computer seemed to not want to process my request as while the computer was chugging along she helped several other people with drop offs while the computer slowly chugged away at my request. I thought this was cool, and kudos to her for doing everything she cold to keep the line short, though it could have been the fact that she was doing the 5 year "I gotta PEE" dance and trying to take care of everyone so she could run to the bathroom. While not overly "WOWed", they were definitely better than Meh, so they are A-ok in my book. read more

This is truly a one stop shop. We came during lunch time on a Monday to have a document printed, notarized, and scanned back in to be saved on our jump drive. (Instead of walking over to talk to me as a paying customer) The man (Manager Nick) rudely informed me that I was going to be charged $1 per label. After questioning why I asked if I could use the bar code instead and was told since the labels were already printed I could not. He informed me every other employee who let me do that was wrong. This guy has always got a bad attitude and is a poor representation of management and customer service. I don't appreciate being disrespected and talked down to as a paying customer. I don't normally write reviews for places like the UPS Store but in this case I really wanted to especially after I saw the bad reviews it had. I had a great experience here. I had something I needed notarized. I arrived around 6 on a weekday and the manager (I think) that does their notary works 8-5. I was disappointed since I work during those hours and the guy helping me suggested another place that also offers a notary service and gave me their phone number. He also gave me a business card for the UPS Store and said to call before I left for work the next day to see if the manager might be there a bit early and could notarize my document. I called the next morning and she was in early so I headed over. I was helped right away and once I asked the cost I found out it was $1. That is amazing!!! I moved here from Dallas and the place I went there charged $9 per sheet of paper. It was another 10 cents for a copy for me to keep and I was out in less than 5 mins. My daughter lives in Madrid Spain and on October 28 I mailed a package to North Carolina to her friends house that was flying to visit her in Spain. Instead they send my package to somewhere in Fl and her friend received someone else's package. The store admitted they screwed up but after multiple phone calls and finally today at almost 5 weeks I have been told that they are going to process my insurance claim. They have became more and more rude as I have become totally frustrated with them, my question today if I would be refunded my $26 mailing fee along with my insurance claim. Recently I graced this branch with my presence to drop off a few packages the UPS truck failed to pick up at my place of business. Upon entering the neat and tidy store I witnessed a full counter as typical of the holiday season and everyone panicked to get their respective gifts to their destination on time. I was initially greeted by a young man (later found out was Austin) the moment I stepped through the door and made me feel welcome, a lot of shops fail to do that sort of thing. I saw Austin was busy with a customer who just seemed to not get it, he was trying to patiently explain things and saw I was waiting for help, he hollered for Tyler who came bounding in from the back with a bright smile on his face and a pleasant attitude. He quickly scanned my packages and instructed me to have a great night. Overall was a great experience and will certainly return for all my shipping needs. read more

This place is awesome. I had my best experience that I think have ever had at a shipping location. was able to get my documents notarized, copied, faxed, and shipped all in one location. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. I was also able to drop off my recent returns for amazon there too! I forgot to tape it up and they did that for me for no charge. If I had gone to the post office they would have made me buy the tape and then get back in line. I also would probably have waited 20 mins at usps and I hardly waited at all. I also discovered that there would take my bubble wrap, peanuts and other packaging supplies from what packages I kept and the next day I brought it to them. The prices were also very reasonable and I got tracking on my documents that I sent going next day air. They even told me if they didn't get there in time I would get my money back. I appreciate that kind of guarantee. The store is also conveniently located inside dierbergs so I could get my groceries while I was there. This is a great store with awesome employees and I would recommend the store to anyone for their copying, faxing, scanning, and shipping needs! read more
