This isn't one star because my money was refunded after I had to return to the store due to emails being ignored, but it was done in a begrudging manner and it was made clear my needs as a customer were not a priority. A disappointing experience to say the least.

I picked out a big envelope, but the guy said I could downsize to the midsized one. That helped and saved me a little $. The only slight set back was they don't have certain contracts with ups. So I couldn't mail out my already prepaid item for Amazon. I had to go to the ups in dierberghs which isn't too far away. I'd come back to ship here when needed. It's in a lot with other stores. But their lot doesn't get super busy.

Which is not there fault since it is back to school time. When we got up to pay the same employee that helped us earlier that trip informed us that we had two different paper reinforcers and that one was 3 dollars more than the other. Instead of sucking us for our money he asked if we where sure. Us needing two packed said yes and we paid and left. I thought it was very nice of him to ask.
