The reason given is due to homeless people sleeping in the lobby and vandalism. Incredible how your tax dollars pay for this kind of stuff and yet no one thinks to hire a security guard or have the local police do routine patrols. No! Instead, all the good law-abiding people have to suffer the consequences of others. I don't think it is supposed to work that way. Oh, and yes, the staff at this location leave A LOT to be desired in the area of friendly customer service. Nearly everyone there looks and acts like they absolutely HATE their job. Sad!

She stated that the letter was delivered. But it took over 2 1/2 months that is not an acceptable timeframe. We are still looking for the check we sent.
