They consistently don't attempt to deliver packages but misrepresent they did by leaving notices they tried to deliver by sticking a notice in the mailbox with your letter mail and take off. They don't get out of the vehicle to driver the packages. I have seen them do it many times but unable to catch them to get my package because they do it so quickly. Mail takes forever to arrive (sometimes weeks when it should take days). When I do get packages, they are often left on the edge of my porch where it sticks out and gets wet and destroyed instead of under the covered portion where common sense tells to do it. read more

Good luck, they're never open!!! And IF they are it's from like 10-2 when everyone is working...tried to use the kiosk and package him was locked. Just close this location if you aren't going to run it rather than wasting everyone's time and gas. This has been an issue for at least a year now and doesn't look to be changing anytime soon. read more

This location says it closes at 5pm M-F, but in reality they close 10-15mins sooner. That makes three days in a row I was only able to arrive about ten minutes before posted closing. Just to see they were already locked up and gone. Their sign with their hours needs to be updated. read more

This post office is one of the worst. The employees are worse than indifferent. It always seems to be short on personnel and those who are there are slow and make it obvious they couldn't care less about customer service. Instead, their demeanor seems to say they are doing you a favor by allowing you to do business there. It is always out of numbers, which allows for line jumping and other confusion. There is only one worker that stands out in this office. Her name is Pam. I don't know her personally but she is the only one that displays a level of professionalism and good service. read more

Worst post office, EVER! Our mailbox is at the end of a long driveway, so some extra effort is required by the mail carrier if an item won't fit in the box. We have had one mail carrier in 14 years that really cared about his job. This guy routinely took the time to drive up our driveway to deliver packages, etc. and we always got only our mail. Before this gentleman and on random days when he's not working, service is TERRIBLE! We routinely get mail for an address that is several blocks away...same house number, different street, but the worst thing is that if we have a package or letter that is too big for the mailbox or requires a signature, we get a pink slip in our mailbox with absolutely no attempt made to take the extra time it takes to drive up our driveway and knock on our door to get the signature or leave the package. I am home 24/7 caring for a terminally ill relative so I was absolutely home! To the bozo running my route yesterday: I needed that package yesterday, Mr. Letter Carrier. It was important and you made no attempt to deliver it so now I must wait 2 extra days after having to log onto USPS to reschedule delivery. If you are still assigned to my route, I guess I will need to watch the street and sprint down there on Friday if I really want this package. YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL! read more
