The rest of the staff - super sweet. Often, I don't go to the box during business hours so the only staff I've had the pleasure of speaking with are the manager and another gentleman. This lady, however, has an evil spirit about her and I hope she understands that karma has the last laugh. Unprofessional, condescending, and dismissive as if she is better than the next Jenny "off the block". Using her boss as a shield for her disgruntling behavior. Jenny you might be a better fit for Waffle House with that demeanor. Have a bless life - you need it. Maybe one day, if you pray and work harder, your pay will put a smile on your face!

Easily the most overpaid SOB's in the state…read more The mail carrier cannot even be bothered to close the mail box. So when it rains the mail gets soaked. But they do not care they put it in the box. Not their fault they did not close the door right? They have absolutely no problem delivering to the wrong address. I have the advanced notice as to what mail is coming. There has been several times where I get an email saying something is coming that we do not have a scan for and then the mail arrives and whatever it was is not there. Then in in office. They cannot possible give you a piece of tape. Oh no. I needed two piece of tape but I had to buy a $4 roll of tape. You are telling me people some of these people are making $20 an hour on up and they cannot give away two pieces of tape? $20+/hr is waaaaayyyyyyy overpaid for ringing up a transaction or putting a letter in a PO BOX. Ringing a transaction I admit requires some skill putting the mail in a PO Box requires being able to read. Wow way to put that third grade education to work.

I mailed a letter certified mail which should arrive in 3-5 days ( sent on 3/20/2024 asked if it would arrive by 4/1/24 the response was "it will arrive in plenty of time ") It has been 2 1/2 months and we still have not recd our check. We had to pay for a certificated mail. Pay to stop payment and pay a fine for being a late payment. We asked supervisor (Stephanie) for a refund and she refused. She stated that the letter was delivered. But it took over 2 1/2 months that is not an acceptable timeframe. We are still looking for the check we sent. They don't get out of the vehicle to driver the packages. I have seen them do it many times but unable to catch them to get my package because they do it so quickly.
