Another customer entered the building and Tori greeted him. I wasn't sure if she saw me behind the couple so I stepped around them and said I'm next and she gestured she saw my. When she helped email label to return an Amazon product and pointed to a printer and informed me my label would print there. While I was waiting she helped the man she greeted before assisting me. She scanned his phone and gave her a product. Once she was done my label had printer and she helped me. Tori was polite and courteous. She even explained she greet her customers when they enter and ask what service they needed and that she was going to assist me after her initial inquiry. She didn't have to explain her procedures to assist customers and if made me feel seen and heard. That I sincerely appreciated and with efficacy she took care of the customers all while be patient. This was my first visit to this location and whenever I have needs that can be assisted via UPS I'll definitely return. The store was clean and a bit smaller so prepare for social distancing options. Just a side note. Greetings are kind and professional. Just like Tori greets customers so should the other staff. Calling someone name out without a hello or I'll be right with you seems a bit obtuse. Customer service agents must understand they are agents of service to customer. Thanks Tori hopefully they'll emulate your customer service skill set.

    I wish I could give this UPS Store 0 stars. Terrible service from start to finish. I brought in a…read morefile to be printed -- first, they used the wrong type of paper, and then printed the image at the wrong size. What's worse, I found out that the size in my file was incorrect, but no one said anything at the time of payment. A professional service should catch issues like that or at least inform the customer before proceeding. Instead, I was charged for a product that wasn't right, and the staff didn't seem to care. Completely disappointing experience. I won't be returning. RESPONSE to the your comment below : Hi, thanks for your response. I appreciate you acknowledging my concern, but the issue goes beyond just a simple mistake. When I pay for a service, I expect attention to detail and clear communication -- especially when something in the file could affect the final result. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. It was frustrating to walk away with a product that wasn't what I needed, and with no real effort made to resolve it at the time. I hope this feedback leads to better service for future customers.

    On December 13, I brought in a mailing list for Christmas labels. Even though the store had…read moreaccomplished this for me in past Christmases from an Excel file, the employee I spoke to said that l had to submit a MS Word file. I converted the file (a tedious task, but I took them at their word) and returned it in 48 hours. It is now nearly Christmas day, yet I never heard from the store again. I had to produce all the addresses by hand to get the cards out. Every time I called to get the status, I was told they were short-handed. There was no concern about my deadline. I was a returning customer, but never again. Unless they have a wholesale change in their staff and management, I recommend that you never frequent this store yourself.
