Not good when you're trying to make a quick stop on your lunch break, and the closest other post offices are on Fort Dix or out in Wrightstown. Then, on the occasions that I have found them open, it almost never fails that I'll stand there and wait while the clerks finish screwing around on their cell phones, finish (obviously personal) phone conversations, or stand around talking to someone else behind the counter, totally ignoring any customers that might be waiting. Your best bet is to drive over to the Dix or Wrightstown Post Offices. You've got a much better chance of accomplishing your business in a reasonable amount of time.

I've used this Post Office a few times in the past month and received very good customer service. The time arrived was 10-11am and it has been an in & out stop on both occasions. The postal workers were fast and friendly...unlike other USPS locations I've visited--left poor Yelp reviews. But this place would get 5 stars if it was more updated and maintained a professional appearance. Let me clarify, this place isn't tore up trashy looking, but it can improve on the presentation of the papers/advertising on the walls. Am I being too picky, maybe...but I am being honest. Moreover, the customer service is the most important part of a Post Office, so this location has the hardest part accomplished. The other stuff are easy fixes.

People in the house said they didn't know the person and this is the wrong address turned out to be her aunt and grandparents. Her car was parked in the driveway no less to make it even worse. They had my wrong name on the affidavit screwed up a court date tried to call and rectify. Everything wouldn't return my phone calls horrible experience he did admit that he had the wrong name on the affidavit, but he said he tried to deliver it and that was the wrong address which was wrong. It was the correct address and her car was sitting in the driveway. This place couldn't find water if it fell out of a boat. !

I think a return line should be implemented for those not shipping items out. 12/20/2022 - Went earlier in the day to drop off a different return. The store was open and no one was there. Waited over 40 minutes with another person in line for a representative to return. Very inconvenient & unreliable, probably best to try the UPS location in New Egypt instead.
