They seem to be way understaffed for this type of demographic. The first time I was there, there were only 2 people at the counter. The lady I dealt with at the time was pretty nasty. This time was different. There were still only 2 people at the counter, but they were much friendlier and helpful. I only had a simple identity verification that needed to be done at the post office. I hadn't been inside a post office in years. Surprised to see they sell Hallmark greeting cards as well as many other accessories. They also had more automated kiosks.
