I specifically popped into this Staples to process an Amazon return and when I tell you I was done in under 2 minutes I'm not exaggerating. Upon walking in I was greeted by whom I could tell was the Store Manager and he immediately directed me to where I could process the Amazon return. The associate was ready for me, scanned my QR code, scanned the merchandise, tagged the box, printed my receipt and sent me on my way. I have honestly never had an experience go so seamlessly in a Staples so this will be my go to location moving forward. I wasn't even inside long enough to take pictures lol. read more

Even though there's another Staples closer to where I live I like this Staples much better... The staff here is very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your purchases or repairs... Also when buying here the sales tax is much cheaper than anywhere else in the state... The tech department will try to resolve your problems while you're there but they may need to keep it over night... read more

Went in for some a help with a computer I purchased in November 2021which stopped working. Speak with Zack the manager. He was pleasant at first, I told him my situation, he quickly said sorry there is nothing I can do, without really offering any help. He made no suggestion for a computer that was just purchased 9 months ago. He could care less what I has to say after he finishes tell me no. " "We got your money have a great day GUY.. This is now the third time I've received poor customer service. Fist it was a desk, then a chair and now speakers for my home office. They have a hard time price matching even if it's for 10$ off a product... I am livid right now with this store and the management team. I'm pretty sure customer service goes a long way with some company's but this store simply doesn't care. As far as these types of stores go, this Staples is fab. I own a small business and always end up stopping here in a rush to get something done. They're particularly fast and friendly at the copy center...probably because my print jobs are usually easy and involve black and white copies. If an employee doesn't know where something is, he or she will show you to someone who does. I've made small and large purchases here and have always been treated with equal respect no matter what. Returns at Staples are easy also. I had to return a GPS cord that did not fit my GPS device and after counting the parts and looking at the destroyed box, they gave me a cash refund, no problem. read more

Went into staples a week or two ago to get a new phone case. Immediately greated by an employee name Rexford . He had the nicest smile and was so so polite. He helped me find a case. He really went out of his way. Also signed me up to be a staples member to save money and get points. This guy needs a raise!! So polite and very fast at the checkout counter. Staples is a pretty decent chain, but I think this one is subpar. It is not uncommon for them to be out of stock on certain items. They almost always have only one person working a register, even when it gets really backed up and you can actually see other staff members milling around near the front. I have had numerous problems with the copy center staff as well. If you already know what you want and you know where to find it in the aisles, it's an okay store. read more

Very disappointed with staples. John H the "manager of the printing station" was very in un-helpful and rude. First off he was too lazy to get off his chair and walk over to talk to me. He had to shout over to me. Very rude and unprofessional. I next asked him to help me with a couple copies I had to print. He said he was way to busy to help me but I can do it my self at the self printing. The only the thing he was busy with was eating his lunch. I did not know how to use the self printer and he still wouldn't get up and help me. He told me he could get it done in 3 day but it was a extra $83 and it was only a few color copies. I then was so upset and couldn't understand how to use the printer I then left very upset and went to another printer. I was already upset with them before from there old red headed employee. They really need to get it together here at the copy center.. I don't even work there and I could do their job better then them. All's you really have to do is listen. If I ask for an 11x17 document printed I want an 11x17 print, not an 8.5x11. Simple. Also please give me my flash drive back for gods sake that is my life!!! I'm busy juggling all these prints I just got done along with getting my purse and wallet in order after paying I may just forget to ask for it back when really that should be your job. You have one job.... Also just be kind. It's really not that hard. Put whatever hatred you have for the world behind you at least for when your at work. That is my biggest pet peeve. I've been coming to you for about 2 years to get prints done and not one time have you been pleasant to work with. Customer service at checkout was awful. One person ringing out with a line and a person who appeared to be a manager standing adjacent to checkout. That person made three separate activations of an mechanism announcing a request for customer assistance to the front desk with absolutely no response. That person made no attempt to assist to clear a very apparent backup of customers. This is a store that needs to rethink customer service! read more

Worst Staples I've ever been in. No one knows the answers to simple questions. No one asks if you need help. One manager sent me to another manager behind the counter. He couldn't be bothered to come around the counter to look at the sales brochure where I had my question. Stand clear of the Staples Copy Center Supervisor! Her name, I believe is Tracy (or definitely starts with a T) but in description (I'm not being shallow or insulting, just describing) she is extremely overweight, has red hair and glasses. I have placed several orders at this Staples location over the past couple of years, the ONLY employee I seem to have a problems with is her. Now, USUALLY I place my order (without selecting the rush option, online) and I go to pick up my order in a few hours.. and its one to two sheets of paper!! YES that's it. Whenever the supervisor is working it seems to be an issue. She stated I MUST check the rush option in order to receive my order that quickly. Anyone else working, has the job done right away.. I mean really, she can't just print one sheet of paper like the rest of them? Long story short.. I bought some ink for my printer and will NEVER go there again.
