Amazon returns.....don't do it! We've been to this location 3 times. The first time I had one thing to return. The second time my husband had one thing to return and they wouldn't take it. They said because he didn't have a box though he was taking it back the same way it was delivered. I couldn't believe it. The third time I had a pretty big order so I tried to return it. Some of the items came separately In one box while the other came in a box of its own. I went to this place with the two boxes and they refused to take it because they weren't in one box together. They wouldn't be able to fit in the same boxes and I wasn't about to buy a box. I just left from dropping these items off at a different location with no issue. Quick suggestion with Amazon Returns 1. If it arrives in its own manufacture's box with pictures on it take it to a drop off place that doesn't require a box or label. 2. If everything won't fit in one box either process the return separately or take it to a place that doesn't require a box or label. Good luck read more

The cashier started the transaction by asking for my phone number and then, when pressed, explained I had to be registered in the system to buy anything. Then he told me it would be $10.71 to mail a letter that require a 55-cent stamp. You can't make this stuff up. read more

No issues ever worth this place and I use it mainly to make my Amazon returns. You have to make sure you pay attention to the return method on Amazon itself as some stuff you can return with no package and others you need to print the label and package it yourself. If you pay attention and don't expect something different when you get there you'll have zero issues. read more

While this store doesn't show up on my GPS,I was directed here by a FedEx driver of all people; I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the competetive rates for faxes,which are 1/3 the price of the Staples store. However when I attempted to get an I-9 form notarized,the guy flipped out about the government forms. Seemed a bit distrustful to say the least. read more

Limited office supplies but many services under one roof including passport photos and notary for forms! Be aware, if you have a current corporate shipping account, they can't give you blank waybills to fill out. That's understandable given the amount of fraud that probably happens. Never again will I ship from this location. Above and beyond Customer Service if taught from the Corporate Level is not something absorbed or learned by Ownership at this people-driven business location. Dropped off my package 1/17/21 and set to arrive in ATL on Wednesday 1/20/21. With no confirmed receipt on Thursday 1/21/21, I track the package online to find out something is wrong. I reached out to the store for information on the proper protocol for such an issue and what to do. Two days go by, I call the store again Saturday 1/23/21 and was told the Owner is "not in" on weekends since he works mostly during the week. Apparently no one else is knowledgeable of the process in the unlikely event of a shipment loss or 'malfunction'. I turn to the UPS Customer Service main number to start a claim as the online process of doing so was not recognizing my tracking number. I call the store location on Monday 1/25/21 for an update and to advise I had opened a claim. The Owner (Deepan) informs me the package is in ATL 'somewhere'. Interesting I thought as I have the shipping label that should have been on the package prior to it leaving the store location; which I'm told by the Owner packages are sometimes picked up and scanned by UPS and other times they are dropped at the UPS Lawnside, NJ facility by the store. A few days go by and unless I'm proactive reaching out to the Store, there's very little communication from the proprietor. Although he did call once, did not leave a message. I contacted UPS Customer Service a few more times during the week and on 2/5/21 was told the claim was paid by UPS. I reach out to the the store and spoke with Deepan (I'm on a first-name basis at this point) and he advised there's nothing he can do until hew receives a check from UPS and theres's no specific time-frame. Once that is done he can reimburse me for my loss. Thursday morning 2/11/21 I receive a call from Deepan that he has the check from UPS HQ and I can pick it up anytime until 3pm. The next morning 2/12/21 I go to the store before 9am to claim my reimbursement. Mind you, the store is five (5) miles from my home. What would have meant the world to me and demonstrated that you were 'truly sorry' is to personally deliver the check OR have done so by a trusted employee. Apparently the thought of this was "on me" for thinking an act of kindness and empathy would be possible from this Owner and location. No chance. The idea clearly didn't enter his thought-process for even a moment. I don't ask for much, just to be treated fairly and honestly. Where I come from words are meaningless, actions speak louder than words. Therefore to trust this location with future shipments, no thank you. I have shipped a few packages in the past from here, no problems. I went in on Thursday, specifically to find out how long it would take to send a package to my daughter, who is in the military at Fort Sam Houston, Tx. Was told it would take 2 days. If I brought it in on Monday it would arrive on Wednesday. I purchased a box and was told the cost would be $15.00 to ship. I returned on Monday to send my package, and was told it would take 9 days and would'nt arrive till December 4th! However, if I wanted to pay $45.00 they could have it there in 2 days! I left and went to the post office in Cinnaminson where my package was sent with 2 day delivery for $16.00. Insurance and tracking is included. Will no longer be shipping packages from UPS. read more

I own a business in the area and I get menus/banners/flyers printed there often. I have used their laminating services, too! The Cinnaminson UPS Store is an excellent business. From the owner to all of the employees, their service is terrific. Our company has used many of their services including graphic design, faxing, notary, printing, and copying. We also rent a PO Box in their lobby, which offers a physical address. In addition, we use their shipping services approximately three to four times per week. read more
