They said yes, but it's better to take the plastic sides off before I brought it over. I removed the plastic sides and bought them the aluminum core. It was very quick and easy once I got there. I walked into the building which had a big garage door opening and the man inside said, "place it on the scale", which I did. He said OK now go to the main building. I walked up to the door of the main building and the man inside handed me a receipt and money for my recycled old radiator core. There is a list on their website of different metals and items they accept. Check out their website, all the information that you would need to know is there including what the going price is for each type of metal!

When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! Good luck getting a refund from them on their mistakes!

I unfortunately did not see the covid hours sign (printed on a piece of paper taped to the window) until I returned when they were closed. I was annoyed because my receipt said the clothes would be ready at 5pm a week from the day I left them, and under that, the hours listed showed that they were open until 7pm. I wish they would have been more clear so I didn't have to waste my time driving there only to go home and come back another day. They should update their hours if they're closing early and not tell you your clothes will be ready for pick up at the time they close.

When I arrived to pick them up, the seamstress, who is the owner's wife, told me she never did the repair because she did not have the material. No one contacted me. When I asked why I was not called so I could take them elsewhere, she said they do not call customers. That response is unacceptable. This was time sensitive. A single phone call would have allowed me to solve the problem. Instead, my clothing was held with no work done and no notice. When I stated that as a paying customer I expected communication and follow through, she became defensive and accused me of being rude. A refund was offered, but there was no accountability or professionalism. If you expect your clothes to be finished, or expect basic communication, do not go here. This experience showed a complete lack of care and responsibility. I HAD to choose one star to even post!
