Several times I've seen the JR Garbage truck drivers running red lights at 2am. And last week they were aggressively backing down 47th street (off Baltimore Ave) in front of Loco Pez at a high rate of speed in the wrong direction and almost hit a pedestrian ignoring all traffic laws. This driver needs to be removed from driving before he/ she kills someone. This is the 3rd or 4th time watching JR's Recycling truck drivers driving reckless. It's usually late at night between the hours of 1 - 3am. These drivers don't care about our community.

The Sanitation Convenience centers of Philadelphia are great for organic waste such as trees, brush and other organic debris as well as household trash if you are a citizen just looking to get rid of household quantities of trash or debris. The city has become very strict in regards to commercial dumping at these sanitation centers however and this city definitely doesn't need more trash thrown in the streets. Enter Richard S Burns. I've been coming back and forth to this place for the last few years and keep seeing the same employees - a surefire sign of health in a business. Folks are straightforward, but polite. They have scales present so you are sure you know what your total due is, and they are very good with facilitating travel in and out. Sometimes there is a crazy amount of traffic going on but the staff seem to know how to keep everything in control and to keep the place safe, which I respect. There are signs warning you to be careful when driving in - due to nails in tires and such. I haven't had any problems with this but I imagine it could be a bummer to experience. Overall, the folks here are good at what they do and I always feel safe in the yard. Please don't dump trash in Philadelphia - give a call to Richard S burns to either deliver a dumpster or to process your loaded truck full of debris.

I went to Waste Management which provided a contianer that only holds 5 bags... no big deal until they would pass my house in Maxatawny and then say that the bin was not out. I have 2 video cameras showing they never stopped. When I had an issue with Leck, a person would pick the phone up right away. Wast Management sedns you into a voicemail with no return call. Their live chat is fake; never a response and they automatically say they will send another truck if you email the right person. Still no shows and no credit for a missed pick up. Leck is not perfect but outshines Waste Management and is way cheaper.
