Matt was so kind and patient with my questions. I am disabled with chronic nerve pain and he just explained everything to me wonderfully!!! He also told me that he would call me when he was on his way and said that would be a call about 20-30 minutes from arrival at my house. He called this morning as he said and was here at 12 noon!!! He was just so wonderful to deal with. I definitely recommend Atlas Auto Recycling and ask for Matt!!!!

It's even more pressing now as basement contractors are coming soon and they need more space to work. I made the appointment, then called in to get another at the last minute as I was concerned one trip might not be enough. No problem. The team lead, Steven, checked in twice before appt., including once to let me know they were 10 minutes out. The team arrived right on time and parked with respect to mine and my neighbor's properties. The team consisted of three polite, professional young men -- Spencer, Aaron and Basim, (have to make sure they get the shout out they deserve). Spencer took a look at what was to go and gave me a firm estimate, (which he said I could make less if I wanted fewer things moved). Not necessary; it was an extremely reasonable price. They got to work immediately and didn't stop until it was all out. It took less than 30 min. for something I was sure would take them the full two hour time slot. Aaron even took the time to ask me if I was sure I wanted to toss two old license plates -- noting that once they were tossed some less than law abiding person might take the opportunity to attach them to their own car. Big oops on my part! Big thanks to Aaron! The next appt. is a few days away and I'm sure they'll do another great job.
