I order / schedule service from Robinson at work. They are always very responsive, have excellent customer service, and are able to drop off and pick up on our desired dates. We have had regular portapotties, larger handicapped accessible portapotties, and even pink portapotties for large sports tournaments. We also have some that are on the fields for months and serviced regularly. I get an email update each time one of them is serviced so I'm aware of what is going on out on the fields. This company has been a big disappointment dealing with them. They have terrible communication! They provided a dumpster for us on a job & when the job was completed they ran our credit card without any notification that they were doing the transaction. What makes it worse is that they had an incompetent driver that dragged the box when picking it up along the whole driveway and left a large scratch right down the middle of it. We have made many attempts to contact them through phone calls & emails to their management team. They have ignored us entirely & we are not even worth a single response in their eyes. I would never recommend this company. They are just looking for their money & don't care about customer service at all! read more

The service was excellent and timely. However, they picked up the dumpster the day after it snowed 6" of wet, heavy snow and I got charged $80 for an extra ton of weight. We received 6" of snow. In a dumpster that's approximately 27'x6', 6" of snow would be 81 square feet of snow. At an average of 18 pounds per square foot of wet snow, the weight would be 1,458 pounds. I was charged for the disposal of approximately 1,458 pounds of snow......are you freaking kidding me????? I won't be using them again. read more

Moved into a new house and the previous owner left a ton of crap we had to dispose of, and we ripped out all the disgusting carpets. I'll never buy carpet again after disposing of that pile of smelly dog mess. I digress... I didn't know how to dispose of this stuff other than my weekly bulk trash and was referred to Robinson. I always do my due diligence and contact 2-3 other local providers, and not ONE of them got back to me at all. Robinson called me back within a few hours and they were amazing to work with. I spoke with Mike and he conversed with me via email and was very responsive. Mike was great to work with and repeatedly thanked me for my business when I spoke to him on the phone to give a payment. The order, delivery, and pickup processes were all seamless and the dumpster they gave me (6 yard) was in great shape. I came from the trailer business some years ago and have seen some REAL junk, they gave me a great quality dumpster. The only thing I would recommend anyone, not just Robinson customers, is that ALWAYS buy some sort of cover for your dumpster. Unless there is some sort of drainage, you will be charged for additional weight due to rain/elements. It is not the disposal company's responsibility to pay the additional fuel, wear and tear on their vehicles because you didn't cover up the dumpster. I bought a tarp and a few tie downs for less than $20 from a local hardware store, which I can re-use anyway. 5/5, great job Robinson! read more

I would give them 1/2 a star for their human resource operations.. I worked for them 3 days and almost 14 days later still I am unable to get any information as to when I can pick up my little 3 day check. They keep giving me the run around with no specific date. read more
