Having dumpsters dropped off late and not picked up on time. So I talked to the owner, which is a nice black gentleman on the phone that claimed he was a veteran He promised that I won't experience at this time and said that it would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, the latest and the owner promised that I wouldn't have a bad experience again. Well, he didn't pick it up on Tuesday because it was the day after Labor Day so that's understandable. I called this morning which is Wednesday and they promised to pick it up in between one and 2 PM. I told them good because I'll be on a flight to Florida and I don't wanna worry about that when I land My flight lands 5 o'clock today Wednesday and I get angry. Text messages from my customer saying the dumpster still has not been picked up. I called the company and I said what's going on it's still daylight out and it's 5 o'clock and they said oh we'll get it tomorrow no sorry nothing why they were late or did didn't pick it up just we'll get it tomorrow This company obviously is very busy because they have decent pricing but their customer service besides the girl that runs the phone. But their promises delivery time and overage prices are ridiculous and obviously

The entire process was ridiculously easy. From the initial phone call to the final pickup. All of…read moremy questions were answered and the pricing completely transparent. The dumpster was available when I needed it for the following week and the different sizes and costs associated were explained fully. I heard the truck pull-up and looked outside to see the biggest dumpster I never thought existed. I had no idea how large they were and that I got the largest one! Not sure what I was thinking ... anyway ... the driver was amazing. He nestled that bad boy on my driveway like he was placing a sleeping colicky baby down in a crib. He put wood down to protect the concrete, made sure there was enough room to open the door and walk on the sidewalk - no easy feat. Not going to lie - I was a bit concerned when I opened it up. Wasn't sure what I was going to find but it was spotless. Nothing was left over from prior usage. No smell - no debris - no yuck. Pickup was just as seamless. I called the company and the dumpster was gone the next day. I simply can not recommend this company more highly! To my horror and shame, I completely filled the enormous dumpster with household junk. I was sure there would be additional charges but it came in under the 3 ton limit.
