No notice, and much worse, no apologies when I caught them--twice. (We had them bring the dumpster back the first time, which it took them days to do, and set a new end date for the rental... and it happened again!) My guess is that they may try to deny this, since their office manager Jessica was defensive and utterly unapologetic, but if they do, I'll post the (literal) receipts, showing exactly what they did and when. Suffice it to say, don't use these guys. We certainly won't again.

The entire process was ridiculously easy. From the initial phone call to the final pickup. All of…read moremy questions were answered and the pricing completely transparent. The dumpster was available when I needed it for the following week and the different sizes and costs associated were explained fully. I heard the truck pull-up and looked outside to see the biggest dumpster I never thought existed. I had no idea how large they were and that I got the largest one! Not sure what I was thinking ... anyway ... the driver was amazing. He nestled that bad boy on my driveway like he was placing a sleeping colicky baby down in a crib. He put wood down to protect the concrete, made sure there was enough room to open the door and walk on the sidewalk - no easy feat. Not going to lie - I was a bit concerned when I opened it up. Wasn't sure what I was going to find but it was spotless. Nothing was left over from prior usage. No smell - no debris - no yuck. Pickup was just as seamless. I called the company and the dumpster was gone the next day. I simply can not recommend this company more highly! To my horror and shame, I completely filled the enormous dumpster with household junk. I was sure there would be additional charges but it came in under the 3 ton limit. The best decision I ever made was making this call. Money well spent. THANK YOU! Laura
