The price difference came out to $218.58 per dumpster, totaling $655.74 in overcharges. I brought this to their attention, and over a month later I am still waiting for a refund. As a contractor, this kind of billing practice is unacceptable. If you use this company, make sure you verify exactly what you're being charged versus what is actually delivered. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be taking legal action.

The dumpster was available when I needed it for the following week and the different sizes and costs associated were explained fully. I heard the truck pull-up and looked outside to see the biggest dumpster I never thought existed. I had no idea how large they were and that I got the largest one! Not sure what I was thinking ... anyway ... the driver was amazing. He nestled that bad boy on my driveway like he was placing a sleeping colicky baby down in a crib. He put wood down to protect the concrete, made sure there was enough room to open the door and walk on the sidewalk - no easy feat. Not going to lie - I was a bit concerned when I opened it up. Wasn't sure what I was going to find but it was spotless. Nothing was left over from prior usage. No smell - no debris - no yuck. Pickup was just as seamless. I called the company and the dumpster was gone the next day. I simply can not recommend this company more highly! To my horror and shame, I completely filled the enormous dumpster with household junk. I was sure there would be additional charges but it came in under the 3 ton limit.
