As for the actual post office itself, the workers are always nice to me and very helpful. I no longer live in the neighborhood and I still chose to use this location to mail things even though there are 2 closer locations. It's easy to get to and even though they're busy as hell and sometimes a little bit slow, they still get you out faster than some of the other busier locations. They even keep their cool dealing with some if the more obnoxious people from what I've seen in my many dealings with this location. I'll probably continue to use this location to mail things from as long as I live in the city. They're a-okay by me.

I have a PO Box there and as such, I am in there on a near Daily basis. On days when there have been issues, which is exceedingly rare considering how many packages we receive, there have been several occasions where the staff will go out of their way to solve the issue and contact me at home and let me know the issue has been resolved. Also, everyone there is either a native English speaker or speaks perfect English. That seems like a silly thing to comment on but communication is sort of important.

There are two entrances, one from the street, the other via the building lobby. This office isn't open weekends, but thankfully there are other USPS locations nearby. Haven't had any long waits here, and the staff have been nice to me. I don't have complicated needs, and I don't think I'm complicated to deal with, so your mileage may vary.
