There is hardly ever any line and when there is it moves quickly. The post masters here are friendly and knowledgeable. I had to mail a package over seas one time and they walked me through it with great patience. I never knew how many things could go wrong. This is a great neighborhood post office. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The primary function of a POST OFFICE!!! And this is not the first issue I've had with this branch. The place is closed at inopportune times randomly, and the staff always sound like they don't want to do their jobs, either. This place needs to be shut down, and everyone in it fired. I get that you're working through stressing situations thanks to the idiotic trash government we have right now, but when you can't even fulfill the primary purpose of a POSTAL office, to SHIP PACKAGES, it's time to go! One time I brought a 15 lb package and a woman told me she had a bad back and couldn't put it in the the container which was literally next to the Shelf I put it on. She told me to go to another post office, even though there were two other workers there and they're all supposed to be able to lift far more than 15 lb. I avoid going there whenever possible, even though it is the post office that is closest to my house. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this post office. While I only had to wait a few minutes it was still rude as hell. When the woman came out from the back to help me she managed to do so without saying a word. It actually got weird, having your existence go completely unacknowledged. She didn't even ask me if I had any lithium batteries or anything hazardous in my package. Of course I tried to out-rude the teller so I didn't say a word either and we just had the weirdest, tensest exchange in the history of the post office. There were a lot of people waiting on the side that were clearly waiting for passport services but who told them to stand over there? I didn't know so I got in a line only to get to the front and be told to sign my name to a list and move to another line. I did that and when I got to the front of that line I was asked for my birth certificate. I thought that was strange. Why would I need that when I have a WHOLE PASSPORT. Nevertheless I left and returned the next day with the document. I stood in a line until somebody shouted out something about passports. I said I'm renewing not applying. They shuffled me to another line. I finally piped up and said all I need from yall is a photo and a money order. Suddenly everyone was clear. Oh, well you don't need to be in any of these lines. You don't say...... a complete lack of communication and organization in this place. The only good thing is my passport came quickly.
