Terrible... I missed my delivery for a package so I requested their pickup option for the following week as this fell during the weekend. The following Monday I went to the post office bright and early thinking I'd be in and out but NO--Stood in line for 30 minutes plus just to get to the clerk and find out that the package isn't there, that it was still out for delivery. Wearing a mask is not a law. If you have an underlying health condition or difficulty breathing while you're wearing a mask you actually do not have to wear the mask according to the CDC's recommendations/guidelines. Also under the Americans with disability act we are protected and arw supposed to be taken care of without being told we cannot be served with out a mask ! Also the employee that tries to refuse me service was wearing a mask under his nose and the other time he serviced me HE Was not wearing a mask !!!!! Just because you can wear a mask and you're OK with wearing one doesn't mean that it's a one size fits all situation. People have both mental and physical disabilities that prevent them from wearing a mask and there needs to be some kind of respect and please and understanding that everyone is not the same. If I could give a zero rating I would. Every employee but the cleaner is rude. Maybe they need to switch roles. The guy with the dread is never on time and if I come in here 5 times a month he's late every time. The older lady with the short hair talks to people like they are her children with absolutely no respect. God forbid someone needs to pick up something, they disappear for 10 minutes minimum. This post office found most of the packages that I had at their location. Did they find everything I was hoping? No. But maybe the packages aren't there. Did they deal with a bunch of annoyed people wearing hot masks trying to get packages and letters from a post office that's being forced to reduce services due to underfunding? Yep. I would give this post office a ZERO The window employees here are incompetent and ignorant, they would do anything not to wait on a customer. My mail is never delivered on time, nor sent out on time!! I have no idea what they are even there for besides to collect as the hours run by. Its so unorganized here that the managers let the employees wear what ever they like, such as sweat pants and hoodie.. really professional right? They do not even have a uniform, and if they do its wrinkled, DIRTY, and looks like they literally rolled out of bed in it. SUCH A DISGRACE! read more

The lady didn't ask if I had fragile materials in my package and give me my change with no receipt. And, she was ignorant to the customer behind me. They delivered my package to someone else's house, the mail carrier quit the very next day, and they admitted that it was Miss delivered! After which they told me that I was out of luck and they would not reimburse me for the contents!!!!! UPS and Fed Ex will be getting my business from now on. This place is the absolute worst. As a business in Frankford, I've never had so many problems with a post office. Mail takes weeks to arrive. The Change of Address/Mail forwarding took over a year to take place with thousands of dollars worth of checks just sitting at my old location. After SEVERAL calls & attempts to fix the issues to the customer service dept & this location, nothing was ever resolved because the manager refused to call me back?! It's slow & they lose packages or write the "Sorry we missed you" slip wrong with the wrong dates & information. Then you go stand in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell you there's no package. I have lived in Juniata Park my whole life and have been happy with my mail delivery until now. Currently I am now waiting for 2 days worth to be delivered and it is 3:20 PM and still no delivery! I would say that for 40 plus years I have gotten my mail delivered o or around the same time each day, now I've gotten my mail delivered as late as 8:00 PM or not at all. I understand that weather can be an issue but this is not the case. I hope this matter will be fixed! And for the record I am retired from Federal Service with 30 years. Thank Ypu read more

Always a long line at the desk, and on several occasions I've had to flag down the mail carrier to get my package after I scheduled a pickup at my house. Not uncommon for them to completely miss it, as happened (again) today. I've also had issues rescheduling a delivery. In short, they don't deliver! read more

Always a line because service is s-l-o-w. They don't care. Right now 15 in line. Opened ten minutes ago. No one has bothered to open window. It is now 25 minutes past opening. One guy came out apologized and said no one told him to open. A second guy came out could not start computer and walked away. He just came back with his uniform on. read more

This place is terrible! I went to the station thinking my package would be there since I had a slip saying that it would be available for pick up. They couldn't find my package and told me to call before 8PM. I did and they told me to call back an hour later. I did that and they told me to call the next day before 8:30AM. So I call them at 8:10AM and a lady picked up the phone and said there was a meeting. That's all she said. And right before I could even ask if carriers would still be there she hung up. I called back 20 minutes later and the same lady picked up the phone. I wanted to talk to someone higher up and she put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up at that point and called again. The phone kept ringing and then no answer. After many failed attempts at calling, the manager picks up the phone who was just as terrible! He obviously doesn't give a crap about the customers or their complaints. I guess when they had their meeting they forgot to teach their workers how to treat customers because clearly customer service doesn't exist there. Finally after an hour of calling they finally told me my package was there. Honestly, the customer service in the station was no where near as bad as their phone calls. The waiting, as others have mentioned, was terribly long but that's how POs are for some reason. But in regards to phone calls it's just awful. You can get better customer service calling a fast food restaurant about a complaint than this.. It's sad because you can't even complain to anyone there about one of their workers being rude because they don't care. You just have to look the other way and get to the point because that's all they want to hear. Otherwise they'll hang up. And if you have a lost package, good luck. If I could, I'd give this place a 0/5. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. read more
